Hotel berhampiran Edera Atelier, Venice

I was a bit apprehensive given the other reviews but we wanted to be close to Piazza San Marco at a reasonable price. This was a great choice! Room in the main building was quiet with great air conditioning and wifi. Bathroom was large and bed was ok. No view out the window, but I’m not sure that’s really an option in Venice. Staff were very nice and would stay there again.

I recently enjoyed my second stay at Pensione Guerrato and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The charm and warmth of this place are truly unmatched. Nestled in an ideal location, next to the Rialto Mercato, it offers easy access to Venice's must-see landmarks and delightful eateries. The rooms are cozy and brimming with historical character, perfectly complementing the ancient beauty of Venice itself. Cleanliness and comfort are clearly priorities here, and both of my stays have left nothing to be desired in those regards. What really makes Pensione Guerrato stand out, though, is the staff. They are incredibly hospitable and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Pensione Guerrato is a perfect blend of Venetian charm and welcoming atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Everything was great. We took a water taxi from the airport to the hotel, the dock was right in front of the hotel which was very nice since we arrived late at night. The only thing can get improved was wifi, sometimes it was hard to get the signal in the room.

My husband and I enjoyed a remand UC stay in this exquisite hotel steps away from St Marks square. We booked this hotel through Inspirato and we’re in the penthouse terrace suite. Words cannot describe the attention to detail in every corner of our suite. We were luxuriously pampered with in room breakfast, unpacking and packing of our bags, convenience of booking opera tickets and shopping service. One afternoon we invited a friend to join us on the large terrace as we basked in the sun, a rare treat in Venice. Wonderful memories were made at this beautiful hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the hotel. It has its own water taxi stop so we were dropped off right at the hotel which in itself is a big win in Venice. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had upgraded our room for an extra €40 a night and it really was worth it. A large room with two huge windows looking onto the grand canal the views were beautiful. The location is fantastic just a short easy walk to the nearest vaparetto stop of San Stae (highly recommend the vaparetto pass get it from any stop with a kiosk we got ours at Rialto bridge) and an easy stroll to Rialto market, bridge and then a further short walk to St Marks Square. There are lots of lovely little cafe bars and restaurants on the way where the drinks are so reasonable (€6 an apperol compared to €20 in St Marks square). The hotel recommended a few restaurants to us but only got chance to eat in one (as we had other plans) Regina Sconta which was really nearby and really good. The hotel is signposted for the last few alleyways so easy to find in the dark and there are also signs directing you to the main sites. The breakfast had a good selection of hot cold and sweet and we enjoyed it everyday sometimes getting there early at 7.30 and other days turning up at 9.55!! Service was great every day and one day we got to sit out on the balcony. Every night when we got back we would sit in the jetty and have a drink from the bar and watch the world go by! There was maid service every day everything was topped up and fresh towels given. The mini bar was very reasonable and the air con worked like a dream which was such a relief after 32 degree heat outside. Such friendly helpful staff. We felt safe and everything was so easy at this hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time in Venice.

Wonderful stayed at Ai Mori d’ Oriente Hotel in Venice. We stayed for 7 nights with Breakfast. Professional, friendly, pleasant and efficient service from all staffs. Room was spotlessly cleaned, daily clean and replenished two bottles of water every single day. Quiet area which I was preferred to get away from busy and noisy town. Simply and fresh breakfast including hot and cold stations, plenty of coffee to choose from, fresh juices and desserts etc … unlimited too! Lovely breakfast seating area. They always protected the customers from the hungry pigeons 🐦‍⬛🕊️🔫 😅 Nothing to much trouble there at all. Safe and peaceful area Perfect air conditioning Perfect pillow and comfortable bed We had a good sleep and relaxed Shower and Bath were perfect temperature and pressure … really nice and clean 15-20 mins walk to Grand Canal 15-20 mins walk to St Mark’s Square 5 mins walk to all shops and restaurants Access 24 hrs Reception open 24 hrs Highlight ** 5 mins walk to Mandonna Dell’ Otto Boat station 🚤 (Alilaguna Route- Orange Line) Very convenient trip from Venice Marco Polo Airport (1st stop from the airport approx 23 mins journey) and this station was not busy at all better than going to the Grand Canal Station which can be nightmare! Forgot to mention about the Wi-Fi. We decided to get the Wi-Fi from ‘Holafly eSim’ cost 7 days for £21 We definitely needed and really helpful. High speed connection everywhere in Italy 🇮🇹 we have no problem at all! What more do we need when we are on holiday 😬! We will 💯 definitely stay at Ai Mori d’Oriental Hotel again when we return to Venice. Highly recommended. I hope this helps! Ciao 😍

I would definitely recommend this ho(s)tel to young people. All the team was kind and helpful, although a very few of them spoke italian. The location is amazing, San Marco and its beautiful surroundings easy to reach by vaporetto number 2 - by the way.. if you are planning to spend at least 2-3 days it‘s worth buying a Venice card. Our bedroom was absolutely clean and the mattress comfortable. Still I would have appreciated one more towel pro person… by the high rate we paid.

We were two couples who stayed at ”Quadruple room with Private Bathroom” for 3 days. The hotel stands at the heart of Venice center and walkable from Santa Lucia train station and Ferrovia ”Vaporetto” (water public transport of Venice Lagoon) Terminal from where you can get to everywhere you can think of while visiting Venice. The hotel has 24 hours reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable.  There was room keeping everyday. The toilet was bit conjusted but was okay for us. The beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect. The only cons I found was the room size. It was a bit small for 4 people. There are local bakeries and cafes around, pharmacy, restaurants in mid-budget, Gondola service, etc all at reachable walking distance.

Consigliato vivamente, Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal canal grande a 20 minuti a piedi da piazza san marco . Vicinissima alla stazione e dal punto di di partenza degli autobus per l'aeroporto, le stanze molto pulite il personale attento e gentile e premuroso, la colazione abbondante e variegata.

New and clean hotel. Front desk very slow and bit robotic. Assigned wrong room and told given that Trip.com did not pass them the message. They were obviously lying as they said could read the first message regarding a bright room and yet both requests were written in the same field. Not flexible with check in and check out times. Its near the station but otherwise nothing in the immediate vicinity.
