Ulasan Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal

It is convenient and is near to the train station and the bus station. Nearly all things are good, except there is some black spot on the washroom while showering and bathing.

So the place is mist central and nera by central station. But the room was terrible,the air conditioner is not cold,i yold that to reception and they give me a venta. But i need to told that sometimes that air conditioner is not working properly,for Venice is too much. Without air conditioner you can die on summer. So choose it right

I enjoy the breakfast and the viewing outside the window

The location is excellent. The room is clean. But the WIFI in the room was very weak. It gets disconnected often.

Very welcoming staff, clean and pleasant rooms. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend are the drinks on the terrace, which are overpriced even for the tourist district. Would absolutely stay again.

With such high daily price, I do expect a better hotel in term of overall facilities. This hotel has great location but is rather too old. Breakfast was too basic. Is not worth a stay.

Wonderful location next to the frand train station and ferry transport. Half an hour walk to San Marco

We had a really nice time. Maybe can be considered to change appliances like hair dryers for new ones or the sheets. Breakfast was delicious.

Good location, just on the opposite side of the canal to the train station. The staff are polite. The place is clean.

Location is perfect not far from Train station easy to get to one bridge to cross. Historic building but bathrooms needs to be upgraded for the price you pay. A few staff are nice but more are unfriendly. Breakfast good, but shoved in the back with tables so close to each other bumping into other guests. Why is breakfast not on the roof top or towards the front of hotel with curtains open so you can have a view. Definately would not recommend accomodation to my friends.

Excellent service and location. I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the Grand Canal.

Definitely it does not meet the regular 4* hotels standard. Facilities are outdated, room is small and there're mosquitoes around in the bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was quite poor. Location is relatively closed to train/bus/water taxi stations. Staffs are very friendly and you can leave your luggage behind after check-out.
