The location and secive are good. Just walk less than 10 mins from the train station.

We got assigned to the top level and the hotel didn’t have a lift which was a bit hard for my mum to take three levels of staircases up and down each day. However, the top level has two separate rooms with two double beds so was kind of nice. Other than that, the hotel is very convenient located at the heart of shops and restaurants and safe!

沒有電梯，價格很貴。東西搬上搬下十分麻煩！！性價比很低，住的房間平面也不規整，使用起來便利性比較低。

從車站到酒店，雖要行走一小段距離, check-in與入住房間是兩幢分開的大廈來的，所以如果要向前枱另取日常用品，需自行下去，到對面的大廈再取。酒店內環境不錯，尚算整潔！:)

酒店有樓梯，沒有電梯。其他還好，酒店分兩部分對面也有。按門鈴前台回來。離玩的地方感覺還不錯的。服務態度也可以

駅からの近さもお部屋の広さもこの金額で最高でした！ ダブルベッドのある部屋が２つあり広くて嬉しかったです。 面白い間取りのお部屋でしたが、冷蔵庫もあり、タオルも清潔シャワールームやトイレも綺麗でした。 ただ、エレベーターが無いので大きなスーツケースの人は少し大変かもしれないのと階段の角度が急なので気をつけてください。

我不建議來這個酒店入住。 首先，經濟房有四種房型，第一晚前台給我們開的最小一間房型，一共有10平米左右。 對於二人入住來説極其擁擠和不便。 第二晚我們詢問是否能調整為其他房型。前台沒有禮貌的説，我們開的經濟房，所以我們的房間應該有這麼大。卻不顧及還有其他房型的事實以及我們住宿的感受。 然而，今天我生氣的是虛假宣傳。前台擺放的説明寫着早餐的咖啡、可頌等要5歐一人，我們和前台確認了三次價格後，於第二早吃早餐。吃完後賬單卻為40歐一人。 我立馬有關此事與前台人員進行確認，我可以為早餐付40歐的賬單，但我禮貌的要求他們更換不實的宣傳廣告。 然而，最讓我氣憤的是，此時一位先生説： “你在餐廳吃了一盤又一盤，一盤又一盤，一盤又一盤，怎麼可能才5歐？” “一盤又一盤，你吃這些，到哪裡都很貴。” “我們討論這些沒有意義…” 我感到極其憤怒，並且在兩個比我年長的工作人員對話下，最終不得不為我和我的媽媽付下了早餐費用。 我想説，作為一箇中國人，我在意大利的威尼斯的遭遇，與我在法國旅遊時的及其不同：儘管這裏的服務人員沒有明面上的種族歧視行為，但我們能察覺出，他們缺乏應有的耐心，尊重以及禮貌。對於每一個想要擁有美好旅遊以及住宿體驗的遊客，我不建議你們住在這裏。 同時，我也勸告酒店的管理層：如果你想擁有好的口碑，同時也為推廣威尼斯的美景和經濟奉獻微薄之力的話，最好在酒店內部進行必要的員工培訓和教育，以實現長遠發展。

Чистый и уютный отель. Отличное расположение в 6 минутах от железнодорожного вокзала. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Чистое постельное белье , мыло , гель для душа , шампунь и кондиционер. Я довольна отелем и уже посоветовала своим друзьям. Спасибо

The staff was very kind and welcoming, even offering a map and suggestions of places and areas to explore. The room was very clean and also very roomy for Venice and Italy in general, even the shower.

Hotel stay was really nice. On special request I got full body mirror. Room service was very nice. Nice view as well. Only problem was to find the reception as they have tie up just infront hotel. I spent 15 mins figuring out the reception. Best birthday stay ever.

Very nice hotel. Less than a 10min walk from train station, less than 3min from water taxi stop to Murano/Burano and about 20min max from major attractions. Front desk personnel is at the hotel across the “street” but super helpful and friendly. Room was good size, bathroom is small but super clean and functional.

We had a 4 night break over half term in Venice, it was pot luck selecting a hotel as our first time visiting but i would recommend and would certainly consider again if/when we return. Excellent location, very close to the airport water taxi drop off, literally a couple of minutes walk. Surrounded by shops and restaurants and only short walk away from other areas with loads more shops and restaurants. Lovely place, we were thrown initially as the reception is located in the sister hotel across the road but the receptionist was with us in minutes and was most helpful and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat locally (all of which we tried and they were excellent). We had a fabulous time, a great week and will will certainly be back to enjoy Venice again.
