An old building (as you would expect), with a really romantic atmosphere. Just a short walk from Santa Lucia, and really easy to get to the canal bus stations too. Staff were really professional and helpful, with a good idea of places to eat nearby. The surrounding neighbourhood had plenty of cafes and restaurants, which all felt slightly less touristy (as much as they can given the city itself). Would definitely stay again!

酒店地理位置不錯，但是從中央火車站出來還是需要過個長橋，有大件行李的比較不方便。酒店自帶水上出租車停靠，前台友善還幫忙約車。酒店房間很漂亮，但是水壓過小。

非常適合度假的酒店，前面就是湖區，槳板、皮划艇、自行車、健身房，感覺住一週能減肥。早餐豐富

Room 206 appears to have its own special experience being on the top floor and surrounded in windows. We loved it! Felt like royalty while there. The garden on the canal is an amazing place to sit for breakfast and the staff were all fantastic. We'll be scheduling our next trip to Venice around the availability of room 206.

Firstly this hotel is a great location, just a 5 min walk from train station & near to the ferry link to airport. We arrived at hotel about an hour before check in time & we’re told that we could not hv room until that time. The unfriendly ladies on reception pretty much admitted room ready, but we couldn’t have it !!! Never had that happen at a hotel before. So we ended up leaving a suitcase & bag in left luggage & having a 45 min walk before coming back, when we were allowed access to the room !!! Thus was extremely annoying, especially as we would be leaving following day by 8am. The room itself was quite shabby. No coffee machine or comp mini bottles of water (surely these are standard in 4* hotels) Bedside tables are just a small shelf Apart from location not much to recommend.

Location! Don't drag your bags everywhere, stay close to SL station in Santa Croce. The name is correct, it's a resort! Who thought you could have a lovely garden on the Grand Canal? Breakfast can be a distraction when sitting next to the GC. The staff are fun and give great information. Rooms are compact but quiet and comfortable.

This hotel was a fantastic find. The room itself was beautiful, it overlooked the canal and garden. Gondolas row past the window - the whole experience was truly memorable. The rose garden overlooks the Grand Canal and is perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. It really couldn’t be a better spot. Close to train station too which was a massive benefit for us. Staff were super, they couldn’t have been more helpful. I cannot fault this stay at all and we loved every minute. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. It is only a 5 minute walk from the train station so really convenient for dropping bags off. Very large bedrooms and good air conditioning. The highlight was being able to have breakfast in the garden overlooking the Grand Canal. Staff were very polite and helpful. Tasty breakfast.

Lovely hotel with a great location, very clean and beautiful sheets. Reception staff all very helpful. Loved the garden ftom our room, and also the front garden sitting watching boats go by on the grand canal was a special treat. Great shower, did not have breakfast. Great info on local restaurants by hotel staff. Arranged a porter for our return to train station only 10 mins walk. Very handy to train station. If sitting outside, you will definitely need mosquito repellent! Only thing hotel staff did not let us know, otherwise a perfect stay,

Great hotel with amazing friendly staff!!! We had a wonderful room with a little balcony, just perfect. The garden with its roses was beautiful and refreshing. The staff was always at our disposal and ready to help for any inquiries. The location is perfect, just 5 min from the train station in a calm corner of Venice in front of the canals grande. Thank you so much, we will come again!

Beautiful hotel restored from venetian mansion. Lovely gardens and a spacious room. It’s close to railway station via a bridge over grand canal (with multiple steps). Quiet neighbourhood with some good restaurants….good to be away from hustle and bustle of st Marks square and Realto (but easy to get to on foot or via waterbus stop a few minutes walk). Would definitely stay again.

Pretty hotel in great location. Beautiful views from roof top bar and nice pool and sun loungers with towels provided and waiter service. The negatives are there was no tea, coffee or complimentary water provided in the room (after travelling around Europe and in Italy for previous 2 weeks this was the only hotel that didn't make this provision). This was a real shame as we had paid extra for a balcony and sea view and it would have been lovely to have a drink in the morning on the balcony. We also witnessed a barman ask an elderly guest to leave the roof top terrace as she hadn't purchased a drink which we thought was unnecessarily harsh. This hotel is not cheap - surely the price paid for staying at the hotel entitles you to take in a view for a few minutes. This hotel provides the basics but does not do anything over and above.

Perfect room; great view, quiet, cool, comfortable, well-furnished, and helpful/excellent staff. After checking out, we were allowed to keep our luggage on site. Well-located near the station, but safely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Unmatchable views of Grand Canale from the Junior Suite (106), and separate terrace makes one feel like royalty.
