Ulasan Ca' San Polo

Clean enough for the old building and great location to look around the island! We arrived a bit later than check-in hours but easily managed to get in thanks to the helpful staff. Just be aware that they don’t have shampoo and conditioner like stuffs. Also chocolate croissant was very nice… 🥐

The staff is not always there, and the storage room for my luggage is opened and unattended, so anyone can take my luggage. I hope the storage room is locked for safety reason. and a contact phone No. for contact if no staff is on duty.

It was a wonderful stay at Ca San Polo in the heart of Venice! Checkin and checkout was completely smooth. Breakfast and especially the service was outstanding. More than enough variety and options and nice persons who will try to make you happy and give a good start in the day. Note that food in Venice is quite expensive so this breakfast can save you one meal! Don't forget to relax on the rooftop of Ca San Polo - you can spot Campanile and vice versa! I achieved it - check the photo! :D The rooms are having everything you need like on the photos and come in pure traditional Venice style, which is very cute! The location is just perfect to reach anything. Next to a Vapaoretto station but also maybe even closer and faster to any point of interested in your mind. 房間挺温馨的，由於擔心晚點到沒有人Checkin，提前WhatsApp聯繫旅館工作人員，工作人員很耐心解答，並且為我預訂了附近餐廳，所以我們立刻續住了。位置還是蠻容易找的！

地點還好，但設施陳舊，房間陰冷，被子有濕濕的感覺，一夜沒有睡好，且前台服務很差，特別是下午去拿行李的時候，態度冰冷，上個廁所都被拒絕並建議去外面找，而且付錢都不可以，雖然邏輯沒有毛病，但感受很差。一個俄羅斯服務員，態度不錯，需要點贊。另外 訂單説套房，看不到套房的樣子，名不副實，建議攜程需要核實，按中國人的理解進行翻譯，避免誤解。

Staff were very nice, the location is great. The bathroom was not clean and in need of repair.

If you were expecting an elevator, it’s unreliable & is only recommended for luggage. So book a room on the first floor (you still have to walk up I story). Air conditioner didn’t work but I had the natural coolness from the outside. If not for these 2 things, I’d give it 4 stars. Wonderful helpful staff, nicely decorated, reliable internet. Convenient and great price. Safe in room.

The hotel is very quiet and clean and staff are friendly. It is just a bit difficult to find the location. It is difficult to take big luggages into the room since stairs are tiny and theres no lift.

We really love the staff. The host was excellent as it was. The cleaning lady who brought me an extra pillow the room was very clean. We would’ve had breakfast if it would’ve included fruit and some vegetable options that would’ve made everything a plus plus

Had a small sign in entrance but we found it. Took our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Rooms were old and smelled like sweaty bodies. Only plus is the AC.

The hotel was well-placed, on the way from the bus/train terminal to the Rialto bridge. It was very convenient for the Scuola Grande di San Rocco and the Basilica S Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, which I wanted to visit. Entry to the hotel was a fairly anonymous door with a bell/buzzer arrangement, with no reception visible from outside. My room, on the 4th floor, was quiet at night. Staff were reasonably friendly. Unfortunately the hot water did not work the day I was there. I was told this was not normal. I was not compensated for this.

Absolutely awful hotel. Photos are very misleading. Dirty and poorly maintained. No hot water either for the entire stay. Worst hotel i have stsyed at in decades.

The room that was pictured and I booked wasn’t the room we got. There was no hot water for a shower. The staff were extremely helpful and a real pleasure to engage with.
