Ulasan Hotel Ca' Alvise

Be aware with this Hotel Ca Alvise! My cash in the SAFE from my room was stolen! When I told the front desk and asked for the security camera recording, they keep denying and saying “impossible, this is not possible and we don’t have security cameras!” What the hell! The way how front desk person handled this matter was very unprofessional and disappointing. He doesn’t want to do anything other than just say “no”. Very ugly and unprofessional. Be aware with this hotel, especially their low quality management. Do NOT ruin your vacation experience at Venice by hotel Ca Alvise!

Staff are super nice, they even guide us to many tourist spots. Also, it is very convenient.

No have elevators

The room was great! The decor was very Italian and Renaissance. The staff were also very attentive and friendly.

Very good hotel on the island, small and beautiful, the elevator will be installed in a while, it will be perfect. Ancient history, quiet place, it is a very good choice for couples.

The room is old and there is no elevator. I was traveling with my old mother and was arranged a room on the 3rd floor. The furniture was of poor quality and the safe did not work. The stay experience was very poor. I would not recommend it to friends.

The window opens facing the wall, so there is no view, and the hotel has no elevator. Fortunately, we live on the first floor, otherwise it would be very difficult to carry luggage. Everything else is good and relatively close to the center.

The facilities are full of Venetian style, and the European-style buffet breakfast is quite satisfactory. The fly in the ointment is that there are not many types, but overall, it is still a good hotel
