After we got a confirmation two months prior to arrival we were registered and got room and keys. At 10 pm returning after dinner, our luggage was packed by them and put in a public area down the stairs behind the entrance door. A note said: “The room is booked for another customer.” The phone number they left on that note was wrong. Three other phone numbers of this hotel did not work: two of them were correct but they hang up on us, calling repeatedly, unanswered. Also the following days nobody called back. When we went a few days later, a nice, yet highly inexperienced lady in the reception called the manager. After less than a one minute call she told us there’s nothing she can do for us. No one took responsibility. The manager did not even apologize. We were never contacted by email either- except for the confirmation after booking, 2 months earlier.
