Excellent emplacement pour visiter Venise à pied et se promener dans les ruelles. Excellent accueil 24h/24, hôtel confortable et personnel accueillant et souriant. Juste les toilettes un peu à l’étroit entre le mur et la douche. Excellent petit déjeuner varié (sucré et salé)

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to cruise. Desk and concierge service were excellent. The room was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Location is perfect, just 1-2 blocks from St Mark’s Square yet in a quiet canal side location. Daily breakfast buffet was very good.

Location was great and the staff were polite through check in/out. The hotel room was small and old, mould in the bathroom and the AC did not work. The air was very heavy/damp and left both myself and my partner feeling unwell.

Location is very good. Room was very clean but a bit on the small side. The room view was of building directly opposite - so no view (as we were expecting a view). Only down side - which I expected from a 4* hotel was complimentary water in the room and tea/coffee facility in the room. There were none - which was a bit of a pain - as I tend to have a tea/coffee very early morning before breakfast. Overall good stay for a quick break. Breakfast buffet was good but would recommend to label food that is vegetarian make life easier. As constantly asking was a pain.

Loved the rooms we stayed 2 nights. each night in different room. one was on the new wing and the other in the older one. both nights were wonderful

Disappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.

Parabéns ao estabelecimento, atendimento super atencioso da Claudia ao chegarmos para o check in, inclusive falando em Português. Nos ofereceu uma opção de “up grade” de acomodação, mostrou os caminhos em Veneza. Mais do que recomendado.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay in an accessible room. I have walking difficulties so we made full use of the free wheelchair that was supplied by the hotel, which was an absolute godsend for getting around and travelling on the waterbuses. The breakfast was good and the location was brilliant!

The room is elegant and spacious, and it's considered a large room on the island of Venice. The bathtub in the bathroom is well-designed, but the door cannot be closed from the outside, which may not be ideal if any odors from the toilet waft into the bedroom. Unfortunately, the TV, YouTube, and mobile phone screen mirroring cannot be used. The service, however, is excellent. La camera è elegante e spaziosa, ed è considerata una stanza grande sull'isola di Venezia. La vasca da bagno nel bagno è ben progettata, ma la porta non può essere chiusa dall'esterno, il che potrebbe non essere ideale se gli odori del bagno si diffondono nella camera da letto. Sfortunatamente, la TV, YouTube e la condivisione dello schermo del telefono cellulare non possono essere utilizzati. Amazing location, central to all tourist sites and superb shopping all around, unbeatable in all ways. Rooms newly renovated so excellent in room facilities. Pricing was also very reasonable for location. Right beside some of the best views and regardless the room, I’m sure you’ll accept this is the best value hotel in the area. Only disappointment was the bar. Ordered a drink for my wife and I, was charged triple what other exceptional bars outside would charge, the drink looked and tasted like to was made by a child. Quite disappointed with this. Also one needs to really be patient with staff, they seem to be more caught up with talking amongst themselves and their reaction to other guests reflect poor training. Rolling of eyes and other expressions are quite unprofessional. But they don’t ruin the stay, the can’t with such a beautiful location! Bell Boys very helpful and hardworking, maybe the rest of the team should learn from their colleagues. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel anytime to anyone!
