The location of the hotel is OK, close to the pier and convenient to Channel Islands National Park. The room size is OK, but the lighting on the ground floor is poor. The most intolerable thing is the poor WIFI in the hotel. It was difficult to connect after staying there for 2 days. It was not even as good as the public free WiFi at the door and the general motel. It is really hard to be satisfied and understand. The reception at the front desk was also quite poor, and the level and orientation of the room requested upon check-in were not met. Bad review.

In the evening, after dining at a nice Chinese restaurant, we enjoyed the beautiful sunset and sea view of Santa Barbara and arrived at Holiday Inn Ventura [Wangchai] smoothly. As soon as I stepped into the hotel room, I was deeply moved by the view on the balcony. The pier was lined with countless white motorboats. The meaning of going home was beyond words. Everything in the sunset seemed particularly quiet and peaceful…

The room with harbor view was booked, and the view was really good. But there was a tree outside the window of the room, which blocked some of the view. Overall it was good, and it was interesting to walk around the harbor. The breakfast was average.

The room is large and clean, with complete facilities. The view of the port outside the window is beautiful. The most important thing is that it is very close to the port to the island, which is very convenient to go out in the morning. I highly recommend it to everyone!
