Hotel dengan WiFi di Vera

We stayed at Valle del Este (VdE) in Nov/Dec 2021 for 28 nights. It is difficult for any hotel to maintain high standards for that length of time but VdE hotel achieved it. We were on half-board and had been concerned that, for such a long stay, the food would be too repetitive or not up to standard. However, that was not the case. The variety and quality of food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner. Housekeeping was similarly high-quality. The room was always serviced thoroughly, very clean and well-equipped. There were only a couple of 'blots on the copybook' neither relating to hotel standards but to the management/policies of the hotel. On one occasion, we wished to have lunch instead of dinner (and were going to be joined by 6 others) but reception gave a firm ”no” and were intransigent on the issue. Not good! The second issue is there new, and high-quality golf practice area. Despite being guests in a 'golf hotel' (and staying for a whole month) we were told (again in no uncertain terms) that the practice area was off-limits to everyone other than those on coaching holidays. This was despite the fact that the practice facility remained empty for more than 90% of our stay. This is a GOLF HOTEL and the facility is advertised on their website. There is NO indication that the facility cannot be used! To summarise, excellent room, food and housekeeping but there is no 'joined-up' or business mentality in some of the management.

Hotel con habitaciones realmente amplias, dos camas de 1,50m hicieron nuestra estancia con 2 hijos muy cómoda. Además cuenta con dos sillones una mesa en la misma habitación. Buffet libre muy rico, comida casera y muy dispuestos yo soy celíaca; y me ofrecieron alternativas si no me apetecía las opciones del buffet. Animación en la piscina y por las noches todos los días. 100% Recomendable

Yet another lovely stay in this naturist hotel and unfortunately yet another room change. This is the third or fourth time I've stayed and each time there's been cause for me to move. This time it was the roof leaking and room flooding, as was the case previously, but at least the fan blade didn't fall out this time. This all said it has dramatically improved since the last time and it was extraordinary torrential rain and they gave me a room swap within a few hours and luckily the leak didn't touch any of my stuff. As always, the staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you apart from a couple of over officiatious lifeguards who stopped textile friends getting into the jacuzzi with costumes on even though some of the antics going on in the jacuzzi where being ignored. Sadly, the actual area seemed a lot quieter than my previous visits but that may be due to it being so early in the season. Overall, if you are going to Vera Playa I would definitely recommend the hotel as I've loved each stay for different reasons.

Las habitaciones: algo antiguas pero muy amplias y limpias, importante. Nuestro colchón muy cómodo, hemos descansado bastante bien. A mejorar: tener una sombrilla o toldo en la terraza y un tendedero exterior para toalla y bañadores, no había ninguna de las dos cosas. El servicio general de limpieza bueno. Te ofrecen la posibilidad de cambiar a una habitación más nueva por 15€/día que nosotros no vimos necesario porque nos pasamos todo el día fuera y acertamos. El buffet: sólo teníamos desayuno y para lo que nosotros consumimos estaba bien, tostadas, tomate natural, fruta, algo de embutido y algo caliente. A mejorar: deberían obligar a los hoteles de 4* o más a tener Zumo natural, era de máquina que son agua con color. La piscina e instalaciones: bastante bien y con poca gente en nuestra semana. Servicio de bar muy correcto para poder tomarte una cerveza MUY MUY fresquita. Se agradece que tengan las copas y jarras congeladas. Calidad/precio bueno. Salón de juegos con la barra inhabilitada (da mala sensación) y 2€ por cada juego me parece un poco caro, de toda la vida 1 eurito!!! Recepción e información: Correcto pero eché en falta a la hora de hacer el check in unos minutos de comunicación por parte de las chicas. Te dan un papel donde viene todo explicado pero no se toman un momento para decirte en persona los horarios de las instalaciones/ buffet y lo más importante---＞ como funciona el parking! Nos enteramos a los 5 días que había que pagar 5€/día del parking exterior por unos carteles que hay clavados en las palmeras de fuera. Poca comunicación.

Spent one night, very impressed overall. Elegant, friendly staff, yummy breakfast, accessible wifi and TV... had a lovely night's sleep. Perhaps the bed was a bit softer than I wished. Also, amazed at how good the soft towels felt! My room was towards the back, so unable to tell about the experience for those on the side of the road.
