Hotel is clean. Bathtub was in the room I was sleeping. Cleanliness top notch.

The check-in process was quick, and we were provided with complimentary Geneva public transport passes. There's a direct bus service from the hotel to the city center, which only takes about 20 minutes. We chose to park our car at the hotel's parking lot and use the bus to get into town. Our room was well-equipped and clean. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. A shopping mall directly opposite the hotel made it very convenient for any shopping needs. Additionally, from the hotel corridor windows, you can enjoy lovely views of the distant mountains.

An airport hotel. For a chain hotel in Switzerland, the room offered decent value for money. It's a 20-minute drive to the city center. On-site parking is 24 CHF per day, which is quite pricey. There's a large shopping center directly opposite. If you're craving Chinese food, there's a tasty option nearby, but be warned, it's also expensive. A food court-style Chinese lunch for two adults and one child set us back 90 Swiss Francs.

A truly wonderful memory! This hotel offered the order and convenience typical of a well-run establishment. It truly stood out and made a lasting impression, especially considering most of our Swiss trip involved staying in mountain guesthouses. We received a few Lindt chocolates as a welcome gift upon check-in, which delighted the children. The bathroom in our room, with its separate areas for the toilet, shower, and vanity, was a brilliant design. It significantly boosted the efficiency of our morning and evening routines for our family of four (two adults and two children), which was incredibly helpful.

The room was very spacious; even with an extra bed for our child, there was still ample room. Breakfast was also good. Overall, it's a decent hotel, and it felt quite new, especially for Europe. Facilities: The bathroom featured an excellent wet/dry separation. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Environment: The beautiful back garden boasted lush green lawns. Service: The front desk staff was very friendly – a definite plus!

I really enjoyed the room, the location was close to my business location and the shopping mall and its food court are just across the street as well as the bus station 1 minute walk. The staff were friendly and cooperative. They have allowed my ate check out which was very much appreciated.

We the Novotel to be clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. However, compared to other Novotel properties we have stayed at, the breakfast selection was noticeably more limited.

The room amenities were decent, but the sound insulation was poor. As it's an all-suite hotel, it primarily caters to families with children, so the noise from kids running around late at night was very disruptive. There's a shopping mall directly opposite, but other than that, there isn't much else nearby. It's very close to the airport, just a fifteen-minute bus ride away.

The corridors and, particularly, the bathroom and toilet area in the room had an unpleasant smell.

The hotel rooms are very spacious. Slippers are available, but you need to request them at the front desk. Breakfast was excellent, and you can even squeeze your own fresh orange juice. The location is very convenient for getting around, with a shopping mall directly across from the hotel. They also provide complimentary public transport passes.
