Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Verona

The hotel is near everywhere by walking. Friendly staff. Good rooms. Breakfast is not very diverse but it is enough and the quality of the products is good. When in Verona I will stay there again for sure.

Anche se inizialmente c'è stato un problema con la prenotazione (risultavano due persone invece di tre) è stato tutto risolto alla grande. Ottimo hotel per servizio e prezzo, unico neo, sostituire assolutamente i materazzi, per il resto consigliatissimo

Excellent hotel - parking , helpfull and profesional reception staff , spacious comfortable and clean room ,free shuttle bus to old center of Verona , very good breakfast . Everything is perfect without any remark. I eill certainly choose zhis hotel again if I come back to Verona

This should have been a better review. Asked to call a taxi…told sorry not our company policy. Then as if by magic their own driver appears. No meter and two euros plus usual charge per journey. Ate her once spaghetti undercooked and still hard. Menu same all week. The worst was the reception team. I don’t think I have ever been spoken to like that. I was not only upset but hurt. It was not pleasant. Perhaps it may do the staff well to realise tourism keeps them in a job and enables an income. Back to basics here learn to smile and if you’re not happy in your job find another away from hospitality.

Surprising well appointed and clean, with two outdoor private patios on floor 1 ( 2nd floor). Bathroom european standard with bidet and both rainhead and hand showers. Hot water arrived quickly. Receptionist Felice was super helpful, and suggested we add on the 8 euros breakfast buffet which was a great spread and super value. Parking is a bit of effort, but stop in reception to deposit 50 euros for a parking pass on streets and parking lot within hotel vicinity. Money is refunded when you return the pass. Gelateria Mendociotto across the street is also very good.

For a three star hotel this is a gem! The room and bathroom were comfortable, clean and had great views towards the Arena corner of Piazza Bra. I was glad I upgraded to a deluxe double as the bedroom itself is quite small (but still had decent wardrobe space etc). Breakfast buffet was very decent indeed. Staff friendly and helpful. And the central location you’d be hard pressed to beat!

I spent one night in this tiny hotel, that is more a guest house than hotel. It has only 2 stars, but its rates when the Opera shows are on are crazy for what it offers. The room is poorly decorated, with old furniture, the mattress was so uncomfortable and hard that I could not sleep. They do not offer you not even a bottle of water! But first of all, it has a tiny bathroom with old and cheap water closet, bidet…it’s dirty, and you cannot walk inside; the small shower is separated and built in the closet. Rooms are NOT sound proof and I could hear EVERYTHING from the rooms close to mine, if they used the shower, or the hairdryer or even the sink it was like they were in my room! If they talked…So I woke up every time the neighbours were using the bathroom. And my room was between 2 rooms. So…double noise! Also the noise from the street is annoying. The breakfast is served on the street, among traffic and smells of gas, garbage. It’s poor, with industrial products, no homemade cakes. Cherry on the top: I found a hair in the scrambled eggs! The teapot was full of white sediments… All in all, the one and only positive thing is the closeness to the Arena, but there are many other hotels closer and cheaper! So it’s definitely a NO!!! Price of a double room in days of Opera shows: €223,90. No parking, no gym, nothing. I think this is not honest vs tourists, who pay a lot for opera tickets, travels, and cannot sleep well!
