I felt very comfortable with my room and the equipments provided. Although there are not many amenities nearby, the hotel staffs were very friendly and approachable. There are many good choices for breakfast. One of the best hotels I have been so far.

Molto consigliato! Camera molto pulita, comoda, c'è addirittura vasca, vista bella! Complimenti alla Reception, ragazze e ragazzo bravissimi. Prezzo giusto, colazione di varia scelta, location NON centrale (consiglio autobus per arrivare al centro) però zona tranquillissima. Da migliorare forse qualche dettaglio in più : come set di più cose da bagno, pantofole, inoltre TV si blocca ogni tanto ( bisogna inserire una specie di pin per sbloccarla anche se non ho avuto tempo di guardarla).

The hotel locates 5-8 mins walk from the train station which is one of the nearest in Verona. The hotel is near educational zone which is very safe and comfortable. The room is clean as well as the lobby. The front desk is very helpful and all staff are very nice.

Great position for bus into town , good breakfast, nice coffee, bedrooms big beads cool with air con . Helpful staff, reasonable price 15 mins to town on bus 7 mins to bus and train station 2 euro about 12-15 in taxi all good easy check in. Ask about local pool platys centre great for cooling off 5 star facility for a swim as hotel has no pool. I slept well bed was fine huge

離維羅納古城中心有些遠了，打車費用十幾到二十歐元，時間和💰算下來有點不划算了，不趕時間可以坐公交車，兩歐元一個人通坐，到中心廣場二十分鐘，拿行李的坐公交車不方便，酒店離公交站要走八、九分鐘。 皇冠假日酒店的設施、服務、環境、早餐都很到位，沒問題，也是旺季的實惠之選。

Struttura molto carina, purtroppo serata non delle migliori perché pienissimo e quindi complicato cenare / farsi servire. Prezzo pagato con offerta adeguato, mediamente alti per i servizi offerti. Pulizia non impeccabile (alcuni capelli nel bagno) ma bagno ristrutturato e molto bello, così come tutto il design dell'hotel. Personale solare e disponibile, molto bella la zona di ingresso

We enjoyed a great week staying at the Saccardi spa hotel. The whole staff are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is next to a duel carriageway, (but to be honest that did not disturb us at all) and on the other side of this was the airport, literally a 10 minute drive (again we were not disturbed by airport noise). We had booked this hotel through Jet2 City breaks and although Jet2 didn't supply transfers, the hotel did their own pick up and drop off during daytime hours. As stated in other reviews, the hotel is not much to look at from the outside, but inside it is open, airy and the rooms are spotlessly clean, if a little dated in their decor. There was air conditioning in room and a fridge with complementary water. For us Brits, I must admit I did miss the usual complementary kettle, coffee and tea in the room, so if you like a cuppa that you don't have to buy, take your own travel kettle! The only other point I would make is that there was only one available socket in the room, with technology what it is these days, rooms could benefit from at least an extra one, or the availability of multi adapters. As per other reviews, we were able to make use of the shuttle bus service provided free of charge into Verona City or Train Station, however as already mentioned these are available at certain times of the day (9am, 12, 4pm into Verona and 12.20, 16.20, 18.20 and 19.20 back) and can only accommodate 8 passengers at a time, so it is imperative that guests plan ahead and book as soon as possible at reception, as they get filled quickly. I will add that when we were there, extra journeys in and back to Verona were added on some days, I guess when demand was high and staff were available. (we wouldn't have minded paying a nominal fee for this service, perhaps this could be a way of allowing them to be more frequent)? The cost of a taxi into Verona was 25euros each way. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of cereals, fruit, yogurt, continental ham and cheese selection, bacon and scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and pastries each day. The waiting staff are excellent, pleasant and accommodating and they make the best coffee! Dinner menu is a la carte and the choice is of good local dishes, with wine selections on offer being vast. Staff have great knowledge of local produce and wines. It would perhaps have been nice if there was an alternative evening meal available, perhaps the pool menu could be extended to include the evening service, as a la carte did get a little expensive over 7 nights. We used the spa on several occasions and it was never too busy. Again this was kept spotlessly clean. We even ventured into the outdoor pool on a hot sunny day, much I think to the amusement of staff, as they said the pool was open for guests, but it was cold! The location of West Point Hotel is quite strategic with Decathlon and Iper Familia across the street. The bus station is around 200 meter away. Actually it is much nearer if the side gate is opened. We took bus from Verona Porta Nuova to Dossobuono and dropped in front of Decathlon, walked a little bit and we reached the hotel. The breakfast was abundant and had many varieties. The room was clean and tidy, enough for single traveler like me.

easy online checkin. No staff after midnight but all is possible with a downloadable smart-phone-installed key. Very simple, very easy. In the morning, we were greeted by friendly staff and even though breakfast was not included in our price we still got a little take-away cake as a gift.
