非常好的服務，到了之後免費升級大套房，對面就是超市，可以自己買菜自己做菜，廚房設施齊全，前台Canille非常耐心友好，住這體驗感還是非常好的。

Comfortable stay near Versailles The room is a bit tiny but it’s clean and tidy. The front desk is super friendly and helpful as well:) Would recommend to stay here.

Eh bien, nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet appartement, je le conseil vivement. Propreté, insonorisation, parking et je rajoute propreté car pour ma part c’est le principal critère que je recherche. Petit déjeuner amplement suffisant et très varié. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et n’hésite pas à prendre un peu de temps pour leur clientèle. Personnels aux petits soins avec leur clientèle. Le seul bémol c’est l’odeur des égouts mais d’après ce que j’ai remarqué c’est sur tout le site . Juste cette partie à améliorer le reste est TOP. Enfin un vrai 3 étoiles. Merci pour tout.

We visited just for the weekend and what an amazing time it was. The staff on reception were professional and welcoming, speaking a number of different languages, including English, as did all the staff we encountered during our stay. I was so thankful for this as I saw one of the reviews which stated an expectation to speak French, this was simply not the case for us. We had a fabulous spacious 4th floor room on the park side with a small balcony. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in so far and the slippers provided, a much better quality that those in other hotels and we have been to a fair few. The bathroom was great, but just a word of caution if having a soak in the tub as it’s very prone to slipping due to the shape. A rubber mat for inside the bath is provided for you to use. Breakfast was a buffet only (no menu) and was very limited, although you can order a number of different egg dishes. There was just one chef and a bit of a queue. I don’t think this was unusual as there was a polite notice asking guests to come back once they have placed their order, which I did and maybe I shouldn’t have as it seemed that my order was then put on the back burner. I know this as I saw countless others guest getting their orders in and receiving their dishes before me. It’s only when I approached the station that the chef then went to get my order. The eggs Benedict received was ok but very close to being hard boiled and I prefer a runny yolk. The breakfast experience overall was ok, with staff being very polite when you asked them something, but this could have been better by them checking in to see if we had everything we needed, e.g. more coffee. I always think when it comes to hotels and indeed in life that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ and so far this year we’ve had exceptional service at breakfast from the Westin Palace Madrid and a truly amazing buffet with options to order extra dishes at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, both of which renewed my faith in the hotel breakfast experience, so I know more can be done here at this hotel. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was a good size. The gym was amazing if you like like to keep your exercise up whilst away and the staff were very friendly. A tip for guests wanting to visit Versailles Palace & gardens, get you tickets from the concierge if you haven’t booked in advance. Indeed we hadn’t booked in advance and there were no tickets on the website when looked, so we were so relieved when we asked the concierge about this. One of the highlights of our stay has to be the view from our balcony at night of the Bastille fireworks, this was simply outstanding and totally unexpected, an experience which we aim to replicate next year and will return. L'appartement avait la moquette sale, la vaisselle était collante, le lave vaisselle pas totalement vidé, beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles (pieds de table, et chaises, télé), il manquait de la vaisselle, appartement mal insonorisé : on entend le voisin qui met la télé, les talons de la personne de l'accueil, les fêtes étudiantes de la résidence étudiante voisine. On avait l'appartement en rez de jardin, sous le rez de chaussée . Un volet roulant aurait pu être installé pour plus de sécurité à ce niveau. l'aspirateur était plein, avec du moisi la résidence est pourtant assez neuve accueil correct sans plus on a signalé une ampoule grillée qui a été changée dans la journée: merci à l'agent de maintenance

Rented a suite and there's not even a closet to store your clothes. There is just 4 poor hangers for hanging shirts and dresses. In order to get an iron and an iron board, I had to go down to the front desk since nobody was answering the phone… Right in the middle of the shower, the water becomes suddenly boiling hot. Thinking the mixer was broken, I tried the water in the sink and I had the same issue: just no cold water at all anymore. Of course, this happens right in the middle of the shower. Called the front desk, but nobody was answering, while it was just late afternoon. The problem happened again the day after. The day of the departure, I left around 4.30am in order to go to the airport, and the garage door didn't open. There is no button to call the front desk, therefore I had to leave my car on the ramp and go walk to the front desk in order to ask for the door to be opened. The front desk man said ”oh, I though it would open by itself…” Coming back from the ride around 6am, I tried to call the front desk to get a taxi booking, but nobody answered the phone. I went down in the lobby and the hotel was literally empty. I went back to my room, tried again to call and after 10 minutes somebody picked-up the phone. I told him ”if you're asked by the taxi company where am I going, just tell them destination ABC”. To which he replied ”oh, you can tell the driver yourself when they will ask”. Clearly not listening. The day before leaving, I went to the bar for a dinner since there restaurant was closed… I ordered some food that was brought to me in a pot that was being opened right in front of me and just put in the plate. Just like that, in the pot with the branding and the list of ingredients… I ordered a cold cut plate and it was clearly not fresh at all: the camp was as hard as skin and discolored on the sides, the sauces were discolored as well, the cheese slices were glued one to another. The service is given to kids who have no sense of class or refinement, and they're not even shaved. The lamp that goes from the bar to the outside (which is located inside the bar) is covered with a massive spider net from. As compensation for the cold cut board, I was given a bottle of cheap Bordeaux.

This was an unexpected stay. We had a vacation in a beachside resort in Morocco planned, but our son had an in-flight medical emergency so after a night in the hospital we stayed here for 4 nights to let him rest, receive results and enjoy a bit of Paris as we could. We found the team here absolutely lovely, from the front desk, to the breakfast restaurant. They made great recommendations for dinner identified the in-house rental car for a trip to Astérix park ( only 45 euro for the day!) and always had extra water to share and kind words for our family. As Marriott site members we also hit a half bottle of nice champagne one night which was a great treat. All told-- this place was a treat and the family room option allowed us to house 4 people in one room-- rare for Paris area. As to the location, Ariel is a trendy suburb surrounded by by parks horse racing and golf clubs, but also a nice area to walk around with shops restaurants, etc. it was about 30 minutes (25 euro Uber) to central Paris and same to Versailles... all in all hope we return in happier times and THANK YOU...

Was visiting Paris to watch the tennis at Roland Garros. The hotel is reasonably priced for the amenities/time of the year. Breakfast was pretty good and front desk was very helpful with the multitude of questions (with some good hearted banter at a point) given my first time in Paris. Bonus brownie points for the pre-printed directions/travel options to get to Roland Garros which was at a very walkable distance and simple.
