Hotel berhampiran Palace of Versailles, Versailles

My Uber was driving around in ever decreasing circles as we couldn't find this hotel. But then La Defense is pretty impenetrable by car so I shouldn't have been surprised. Finally made it to reception to be greeted by a lot of smiling faces and the news that my room had been upgraded. The room itself (I had no idea what it had been upgraded from) was great - big double bed, plenty of space, soft towels. I tried the TV but there were only the usual channels. It would be nice (and perhaps expected in an hotel like this) to have a smart TV so I could login to my accounts but no. I had a fantastic caesar salad for dinner via room service, although the ordering method was slightly convoluted (via an app which you needed to scroll through to find the right bit - sounds straightforward but it wasn't completely). The bed was really comfortable and no noise from outside. In the morning the shower was powerful and hot and easy to use (not always the case first go). So friendly staff, nice room, good food, and tip-top shower - that's really all you want or need from a hotel.

PERFECT location with easy access to the Metro station and a short ride into the city. I was booking for a Chinese couple travelling to Europe for their very first time and despite their limited English ability, they were looked after very well during their stay. My email to the hotel was answered quickly and although the hotel has no Chinese speaking staff available, they were comfortable throughout their stay. Breakfast spread was not as extensive as the couple had experienced in their travels around Asia so this was the only lesser comment that they had but overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel. The location is perfect, just steps from the Eiffel Tower and close to the Metro. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Friendly staff, a delicious breakfast with a view, and excellent service made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

My stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris was nothing short of exceptional, combining luxury, comfort, and a prime location in the heart of the city. The bathroom was also luxurious, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries that added to the overall experience. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, from classic French pastries to international dishes. The ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, making it a perfect spot to start the day. I also had the opportunity to enjoy dinner at the restaurant, where the cuisine was exquisite, showcasing a mix of traditional French flavors with a modern twist. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a chic bar area perfect for unwinding in the evening. The meeting and event spaces were impressive as well, making the Pullman a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. One of the best aspects of the Pullman Hotel Paris is its location. Being close to the Eiffel Tower and other major attractions like the Champs-Élysées and the Seine River made exploring Paris incredibly convenient. The nearby metro stations also made it easy to travel to other parts of the city. Overall, my experience at the Pullman Hotel Paris was outstanding. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and a prime location makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the City of Light.

El hotel esta estrategicamente situado en una tranquila calle a escasos 6 minutos de la torre Eiffel andando, quiero mencionar a Ruiz por su impecable atencion con nuestra familia, nos pidio los taxis, nos cogio reserva en un restaurante magnifico al lado, y estuvo atento en toda la estancia, con hoteles asi, es imposible no dejar de viajar!! Siempre que volvamos a Paris, este sera nuestra casa, gracias Juliana!!

hotel room is clean but with zero design. location is good as it's 15mins away from Eiffel tower. breakfast is the highlight of our stay with large variety to choose from and a lot of fresh fruits. HOWEVER, they don't allow check in anytime earlier than 3pm. The hotel doesn't come with car park as described, though it's connected to a public one. The staff are very unprofessional and they kept our luggage for so long that we need to go to lobby and pick it up ourselves. same to tooth brush that's unavailable unless you ask. staff are very defensive too, as when we asked about carpark and charges, they r all immediately defending that this is not their area.

網上選了這個位置的房間，果然沒錯，地理位置優越，餐飲、超市、交通都非常便利，近距離有很多景點，適合自由行。房東熱情友好，響應及時。房間雖是老公寓，但乾淨整潔衞生，對於巴黎酒店來説空間大相對性價比優越（衞生間稍微侷促）。洗衣機沒有烘乾，對於我們習慣了的人來説美中不足。總之值得推薦，尤其是在窗前喝上一杯咖啡，享受着巴黎的陽光，就像在家感覺。

住的六樓朝噴泉city view，景觀很好，遠眺蓬皮杜中心，就是晚上臨街餐廳比較吵，關上窗就不會吵了。酒店位置很好，就在RER Chatelet火車站上面，可以方便搭乘各路RER火車，並且可以換乘很多條線的地鐵，交通出行方便，旁邊就是購物中心，內有Monoprix超市，火車站裡面有Carefour city超市，買食材都很方便，酒店大門左邊就有一家便利店，推薦在這裏買水，1.5L裝Evian水1.9歐，比上面提到的兩家超市都便宜。酒店24小時前台，大堂有免費意式濃縮咖啡喝。我們住的是雙床標準間，房間寬敞，2個24寸箱可以打開平放，小廚房冰箱，微波爐，洗碗機，抽油煙機，鍋碗刀叉杯都有配備，可以自己買食材煮飯吃。我們連住了六晚，挺滿意的。從酒店步行去盧浮宮15-20分鐘，步行去塞納河邊LV集團新開的百貨公司10分鐘。

I traveled solo with EF Go Ahead Tours so had my own room, a fabulous one on the ninth floor with a view of the Sacre Coure. Fridge was replenished with soda and juice, a water station outside breakfast area kept water bottle filled. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was helpful, got a cab for me to go to the Louvre when my Uber drivers kept cancelling! Great location, walked to Moulin Rouge one night snd used Metro regularly, a pass was provided by your group. Our guide had a desk and whiteboard with info in lobby which made it easy to keep up with daily activities and bus departures to dinner and Fountainbleu. Room was extremely comfortable, usual amenities, TV, AC, blow dryer. A small table and chair near window made a great reading spot. As mentioned in countless reviews, there remains an issue with tub/shower leaking, glass doors are not mounted and water escapes. Small issue when you are visiting the City of Lights. It was my teacher retirement present to me and enjoyed every second. Would return in a heartbeat to this hotel! Bonjour!!

The staff and the housekeeper are so nice! Two tabletennis tables and a Foosball Table are ready for anyone to play with, which is awesome! The swimming pool is also wonderful and we had a relaxed 5-day stay in the hotel. Wish we could come again!
