Celebrated our 25th anniversary at the stunning hotel. They kindly upgraded us and there was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a cake in or room on arrival. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Every single one of the staff we had interaction with were first class they couldn't be more courteous and helpful. Breakfast was the best we gad ever experienced the hotel has won several awards for their breakfast and you can see why. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to stay at this prestigious hotel....we will come back someday for sure...

Amazing property and very high standards. The staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in a long time. The property is extremely well maintained and clean. The rooftop bar has one of the best views in the city. They have complimentary bicycles for hotel guests allowing you to get around. A big plus is underground parking available if you have a car your worried for.

A wonderful stay in Viareggio Italy The most amazing hotel stay and such a beautiful place you could ever wish to stay in . It’s the most scenic,enchanting place in wonderful Viareggio Italy. . The staff caters to your every need offering you a wide selection of delightful foods that meets every dietary request. The chefs are well trained and offer a large variety of selections in their menu. The staff are qualified and very professional who greet you with a smile each day. The flower arrangements , decoration are exquisite and are in such beautiful details. This is the most amazing week thus far in Viareggio. One of Italys golden delights. Grazie Mille

A Truly exceptional experience In every way ! My husband and I stopped in Via Reggio for 6 days in September- October for our anniversary on our way to Florence From the moment we were greeted and upgraded to a suite ( with champagne, anniversary greetings , strawberries plate ,) to the time we departed ( with boxes of water and an arrivederci box of chocolate !!) we had the most incredible experiences with one of the best team at any hotel we have visited! Many thanks to the managment and to every member of this property ! Everyone here has a CAN - DO attitude! Thank you to the great and beautiful front desk staff: Veronica, Martina and Elena ! Many thanks to Chiara for organizing wonderful trip to Cinqa Terra , buying tickets, booking restaurant with a wonderful view, directing us to the points of interest … Exceptiona Hotel itself is a unique combination of the finest Italian design accommodations , beautiful art and a modern convenience . Stefano Ricci at its best 👍🙂 I have to mention delicious gourmet breakfast served in a terrific breakfast area . Location of the hotel is perfect for staying at the beach and for site trips to Pietrosanta, Lucca, Terra del Lago ( Puccini ) I wrote a longer letter as a brief description would not be sufficient to express the level of experience we had and which we will cherish and never forget. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend this hotel !

Where does one start? Our sea facing suite was so spacious and luxurious. A fabulous place to watch the sun set. The same sunset that Shelley and Byron would have enjoyed. The rooftop pool and bar was a lovely zen place to be during the hot afternoons. The most immense breakfast experience...quality, quality, quality....and staff so friendly and conversational. The location in Viareggio is great to explore using the complimentary e-cyles and the town of Forte dei Marmi is within comfortable reach. Easy rail links to Lucca, Pisa and La Spezia. A fabulous 4 day experience and then a direct train back to Rome.

Out stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel suite was very clean and well maintained. The service was fast and excellent. Can’t ask for more. The hotel is well located and the valet service is prompt and helpful. The reception staff at the front desk are extremely pleasant and helpful.

There are so many great things to say about this hotel and service. To start we arrived from Rome via train and it was our first time in Viareggio and we exited the train station on the wrong side. There were no taxis so we called the hotel and spoke with Martina who promptly ordered us a taxi that was there within minutes. The bellman immediately got our bags from the taxi. Martina treated us in such a friendly manner. We got up to our room and it was spectacular and at the same time was very comfortable. Chiara at the front desk helped in every way possible as well. She called taxis, gave recommendations in Cinque Terra etc. and even helped us order flowers for friends. Jonna (spelling?) by the pool was very accommodating getting us drinks and snacks. Finally, the breakfast buffet is like no other in the world. We have stayed at some of the finest hotels around the world and nothing compares to this breakfast! I can't even begin to describe it. We could have stayed for a month and never been bored with potential selections. Hats off to the Food and Beverage Director Davide Macaluso. The accommodations and food were wonderful but what truly made it a fantastic visit were the people. Everyone we encountered was incredibly professional and hospitable all while being non-pretentious, genuinely friendly and fun. We had several conversations with other guests that felt the same way. We will fondly reminisce about our stay while greatly anticipating our next visit!

Beautiful hotel. Really good location. The service, breakfast and room all exceptional. The art work at the hotel is amazing too! One special mention is for Vikki who works at the rooftop pool, an absolute credit to the hotel.

I am truly struggling to find the words to adequately describe this hotel and its staff. We have been lucky enough to stay in some top hotels but this one is just about the best. From the moment you walk through the doors, your senses are tickled by the most wonderful smells, sights and sounds in this oasis in Viareggio. The staff are just amazing, beautifully dressed in designer clothes, with smiles and a great attitude. Nothing is too much, names are remembered and preferences saved but the little touches are really impressive (here's a carton of water to take on your walk; if you are going there, please consider seeing these sights; and we have arranged a nice place in a beach club for you today!) all these without having to ask. The breakfast is extraordinary. Be prepared for a feast! Hosted by the maître de who remembers your choices (which water, juice etc.) for subsequent mornings, the room is simply beautiful, the music, the atmosphere, but the food, wow! Each morning they have different offerings whilst a staple are the fresh eggs done to your taste, the stunning meats and cheeses, fruits, cakes, and so much more. We managed to skip lunch each day so satisfied by their breakfasts, that even dinner was a smaller meal. On the 5th floor is their wading pool hosted by Vicky, another member of staff that simply could not do enough for us. Great vibe, stocked bar and fabulous restaurant allowing incredible views looking out to sea with carefully crafted glass panels. We liked the enormous parasols that allowed guests to lie there shaded from the sun, sipping cocktails felling especially lucky to have found a hotel like this. Finally, the bedrooms which were stunning. All the rooms have been renovated, we were lucky enough to have a side-facing balcony, and the bed was very so comfortable. The commodious room with it's high ceilings and beautiful decorations was a real treat with automatic shutters and powerful air conditioning. Even the TV, enormous and bright, was a feature, All in all, we could not recommend this hotel more highly. If you are looking for a special experience that will create memories to last forever, then look no further than this hotel. We will be back, in fact we are looking to book for next year and now I know how good this place is, we will look forward to returning even more!
