I would stay here again! Excellent location! Bed very comfortable, room well appointed, contemporary decor with amazing view. The Front Office Manager was very welcoming and made my stay a breeze right from the beginning! A very personalized experience throughout my stay and all staff were very pleasant! I will recommend and stay here again when ever I am in Vincenza!

Situato nel comune di Creazzo dista circa 8-9 km dal centro di Vicenza, da qui è comunque facilmente raggiungibile in auto in 10 minuti circa. Immerso in una vasta area verde, confina col campo da golf. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Hotel moderno, arredato con gusto, con tutti i confort, piscina compresa gratis per i clienti durante la settimana (ma non il sabato e la domenica: perchè? no buono) Personale della reception e di sala gentile, efficiente e cordiale. Stanze, almeno la mia, ampia, il giusto, pulita ed ordinata. Colazione abbondante, dolci veramente squisiti: molto bene; la parte dei salati si può migliorare; ottima qualità la macchina per caffe, cappuccino, latte, ecc... Rapporto buono qualità/prezzo.

We had a great multi night stay at Palazzo Scamozzi. The hotel is easily reachable on foot from the railway station, making our arrival stress-free. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with fresh juices, cereals, croissants, fruit, meat, cheese, and the most wonderful apple cake. The cappuccinos made on request were simply perfect. The hotel's location in the heart of Vicenza is unbeatable. All cultural attractions are within walking distance, and there are terrific shopping options and great restaurants nearby. Vicenza is a wonderful city, and staying at Palazzo Scamozzi made our visit even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend a stay at this hotel!

We booked two rooms at the hotel and both of them had mold in the bathrooms, very poor maintenance and cleaning. Also, in one room the shower floor was cracked and covered by wooden matt/slats - the underside was also moldy. Our niece is allergic to mold so we asked for her room to be changed, they only had one available starting the following afternoon - we looked at it beforehand, it still had some mold but not as bad as the previous one. After we complained about the mold and said that we would possibly move to a different hotel we were treated very coldly by one of the receptionists. I will aso add that the hotel rooms were very outdated and dingy, the hotel could use a refresh.

Luxurious rooms (not big though) super clean and with the most dedicated, helpful staff you can imagine. Interior design is very creative, the bed huge and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfectly placed a few minutes walk from the center of Vicenza’s old, picturesque city. Definitely value for money. We would stay there again for sure, next time we are in Vicenza.

Purtroppo nonostante la struttura nelle zone comuni abbia una parvenza di ambiente moderno e curato, non posso dire le stesse cose delle camere. Infatti ahimè nella camera 126 dove ho allgggiato solo per una notte, il bagno non rispecchiava assolutamente le caratteristiche di un hotel a 4 stelle, ovvero il lavandino presentava la guarnizione del tappo difettosa e decisamente datata, con la conseguenza che l'acqua faceva molto fatica a defluire , causando notevoli disagi alla sola azione del lavaggio delle mani. Inoltre, la vasca datata, presentava il microfono della doccia con incrostazioni calcaree. poco confortevole. Runner sul letto (sarebbe ora di finirla ). Mobili non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. La posizione non la discuto, in quanto siamo comunque in zona periferica dove sicuramente non si alloggia in questo Hotel per goderne la vista. Una nota di merito al personale invece molto gentile, sala colazioni ( non per gruppi), degno di un 4 stelle mentre i prodotti andrebbero assolutamente rivisti. Spero vivamente che i quattro stelle possano godere di tale merito, bisognerebbe investire di più sui piccoli dettagli che fanno che creano la differenza. In hotel il cliente deve sentirsi a casa, fiducioso di alloggiare in luogo fresco e pulito. Mi auguro possa servire questa mia breve recensione al fine di migliorare il servizio e la struttura.

I have stayed here twice, once in 2015, and one recently. I love the location as I can easily walk downtown. The room, I had the last time was a junior suite. Quite spacious room and bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and was large. The Beds are a bit firm which is probably an understatement, they were Fred Flintstone hard. However, even with them being hard I slept very well. The breakfast and the staff are where this hotel really shines. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good options. The parking can be a bit challenging but I expect that most places that are close to the city center.

If you are on a two day drive through Europe with 40c heat around you -what do you need for an overnight ? - A clean and ready place to sleep, without worrying about your car - Staff who does not complicate things Both you will find at this lovely hotel. It's a typical roadside hotel on the outskirts of the mid-size Italian business and tourism cities. This hotel is easy to find, spacious, rather new and very nice to stay. Room was bright, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom, good a/c and plenty of space to unpack. I had a great sleep and ready to face another 1000km. Contributed to that did Tiziano at reception -he was there to check me in in the evening and to check me out in the late morning too. Even though I told him I am just quickly overnighting, he gave me a really nice room (I assume then all rooms are good really). And did not complicate things -”we sort out payment and all things tomorrow morning, get some rest now” Breakfast was superb and plentiful, all you can wish for, regional specialities and all the global stuff. The best thing is that you are welcomed and taken care of a real Italian ”nonna” (grandmother style lady): ”Sit down, I'll make some bacon and eggs for you, you have to eat well when driving so long !”. It was lovely, welcoming and delicious. Before I could even enjoy everything, I was back on the autostrada, well rested and fed. My car was safe all night, parking site is part of the hotel. As usual, staff made the difference, thank you to Tiziano and the ”nonna” :) but also the rooms and all is very nice. I found the price via a booking site very appropriate and would recommend it highly.

I stayed at Hotel Victoria on my way out of Vicenza for 5 nights in November 2021. What an impressive hotel! Plenty of free parking on arrival, the lobby was large, super clean, and modern with plenty of seating. I booked a single room but was pleasantly surprised at how large the bed and room were. The bathroom was spotless and spacious. Given all of this information, the part I was most appreciative of was the staff. From the moment I checked in they were polite, attentive, and helpful. I was assisted several times over the 5 days, using their front desk printing services, borrowing the desk clerk for translation assistance, and grabbing a drink at the bar where the reception staff doubled as the bartender! Their breakfast was phenomenal! It was very extensive inclusive of hot and cold menu items, fresh fruits, yogurt, cheese, meats and all the Italian coffee you want and the breakfast staff was EXCELLENT! When I arrived in Vicenza, I stayed at another local hotel that was so awful I left after 2 days, I wish I would have known about this hotel!! Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to ANYONE coming into Vicenza. It’s about a 6-minute drive to Caserma Ederle and MUCH better than other hotels that may closer. I would give them 10-stars if I could; exceptional hotel!
