Tout était parfait Chambre impeccable Service au top

アメニティが貧弱。コーヒースティックが一本あるだけでティーバッグもなかった。ミネラルウォーターも初日だけで、ベッドメイキングのあとの補充がなかった。 部屋の清掃が終わった後に部屋に戻りくつろいでいたら、ホテルのスタッフに無断でドアを開けられた。 フロントのスタッフも感じが悪く、スパについて質問をしたら、スパのフロントで聞けと言われた。 併設のスパは快適でしたが、ホテルについては５つ星のサービスを期待するとガッカリします。

酒店服務很好，服務很好環境很乾凈設施挺新的，適合修心養性的地方。

Lovely room, great restaurant, really really noisy outside with a smoking area underneath our hotel window - nasty.

The swmming pool was closed and they did not guests know before ever arriving at the premises. No compensation either

Pool was closed with no warning. As this was the main reason I booked it this was v disappointing.

It was a quick stop but the whole town is very walkable and the parc nearby is absolutely gorgeous. We ordered room service, which was served on the dot by a very courteous, but also very discreet gentleman. The bellman took care of our electric vehicle and returned it to us fully charged.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel - breakfast was superb, service was sterling (especially reception staff), rooms were large and luxury. Spa is small but boasts selection of saunas (dry, non-dry, hammam) and medium mineral hydromassage pool. It also has selection of herbal cold teas and mineral water. The only this is that a few showers didn’t work properly - this needs to be addressed. The hotel is located opposite the Vichy water sources so you can visit drinking taps in the morning and choose one of the 5 taps of local mineral water to drink. Everything exceeded my expectations, thank you for this wonderful time.

Excellent reception staff, clinical clean facilities. Room housekeeping could be better

a nice hotel that start to age - the bathroom and toilet plumbings are not the one you could expect in a 5 stars hotel

The property was great and the staff was quite good. There was one young woman who spoke amazing English. Not only did she speak well, her customer skills were excellent
