A short note to thank the management (Agathe) and staff for your service to us, during our 4 day stay with you this week. (and your kindness in sourcing the "Superglue" needed to hold my sunglasses together..... I certainly needed them, with the wonderfully blue cloudless Vicyssoise skies, which you also, no doubt, organised for us. 😀 Also to mention that when I told your maintenance man about the faulty toilet seat in our bathroom, it was replaced almost immediately. That's what I call "efficiency" and "response". We ate in LE Patio on one evening and your staff were most professional and pleasing. The menu was great. We cleared our plates and our glasses! Much thanks. We went to the "Son et Lumiére" at the Palais du Congrés on Thursday night, on your recommendation. It was wonderful. Fabulous. And in a fabulous setting. It really completed our short stay in your town. Thank you for recommending the Poste car park. Very close to you, and very reasonable in price. €8 per 24 hours is excellent value. So, until we see you again, congratulations on running a great hotel. Brendan (& Mary)

Quelle belle découverte à Vichy! Formidable hôtel avec un accueil très chaleureux et des chambres très agréables donnant sur le patio. Merveilleux petit déjeuner dans la belle salle du rez-de-chaussée de chaussée très joliment meublée et décorée. Bravo sur toute la ligne! Dîner excellent le soir ...

Excellent repas malgré quelques petites erreurs dans les commandes. Les repas enfants etaient copieux et très bons également Le service et le temps d attente entre les plats étaient très raisonnables. Cuisine raffinée et décoration également A refaire

Un seule mot MERCI Un festival de saveurs, un feux D'artifice des papilles. Un acceuil parfait chaleureux. Une équipe très sympathique. Dès l'entrée un endroit que je découvre très coucouning on se sent bien. Merci on reviendra... Entre amis où en famille ne cherchez plus c'est l'endroit qu'ils vous faut ...

Service trop long. 3h pour 2plats.Piece de bœuf affichée sur la carte mais en rupture,profiteroles également. Selle d'agneau (prix abusif/qualité)Pas de coordination et suivi dans le service. Clients arrivés bien après nous et partis bien avant nous. Je ne renouvellerai pas une prochaine visite

Nous n'avons pas testé l'hôtel mais le restaurant qui nous avait été recommandé. Quelle belle découverte !! le repas est à un prix raisonnable avec des mets cuisinés maison extraordinaire. Le cadre est très sympa en plein coeur de la ville de Vichy et le personnel vraiment sympathique. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter un instant !

Un peu cher (entrées environ 12€, pas un plat à moins de 21€ et dessert à partir de 8€) mais bon repas et choix variés Cadre très sympa si la météo permet de manger dans le patio Diverses boissons Service un peu long (peut-être suffit-il de préciser que l’on travaille..) Un moment sympa

Bien situé, dans un ancien bâtiment entièrement refait, l'hôtel bénéficie d'un accueil souriant et chaleureux. L'ancienneté des bâtiments fait que l'insonorisation entre les chambres n'est pas au top, mais les vitrages filtrent parfaitement le reste. La literie est bonne et le confort et l'équipement des chambres est largement au niveau (quelques soucis de finitions des artisans ayant œuvré...). Un excellent choix pour découvrir la ville.

je déconseille fortement ce restaurant, nous sommes venus pour un anniversaire avec des enfants, les serveurs sont très compétant mais une direction à déplorer, des insultes en veux tu en voilà devant la salle complète, nous sommes donc partie et nous nous sommes faits presque insulté par le responsable de l’établissement.
