We stayed here with another family. The hotel is a family owned business. All the employees were gracious and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. It’s very close to a public beach and has a comfortable pool area. The lunches we ordered while at the pool were delicious. The location is definitely more low key than other towns in the area but there are ferries leaving from close by to all the busier towns. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the center of town. Several restaurants, public beaches and public bus stops are in walking distance.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Friendly staff and very clean. The only bad poit was the carpark charges. I do think €20 a day is a bit much when you are already paying for staying. Parking should be free for guests.

Remote, with virtually no public transport except expensive taxis. Wi-fi only available near reception, Breakfast very poor I complained to receptionist on first day, told me she would speak with manager, never resolved any issues.

Lovely quiet hotel, clean with modern rooms, the staff were really friendly and gave us loads of info of the area, it’s so close to the marina and sea which was amazing. Great seafood restaurants a few mins down the road. Would recommend the area as it’s much quieter than Sorrento and it felt like it was where Italians spent their hols rather than super busy Sorrento.

Struttura recentemente rinnovata, posizione fantastica, a pochi metri dal mare. Per me fondamentale la possibilità di portare con me la mia cagnolina che considero una figlia . Il personale giovane e super disponibile, buona la colazione, caffè e spremuta top. Ma....la sorpresa è stato Bob il cuoco ....non ho mai dico mai mangiato una parmigiana di zucchine buona come la sua. Ottimi gli spaghetti alla Nerano e quelli al pomodoro, mi sembrava di mangiare a casa dalla mamma (sono napoletana). Nei 10 giorni trascorsi ho mangiato quasi sempre in Hotel, devo dire ottimo anche il rapporto qualità- prezzo. Cosa dire quando sono partita abbracciavo e baciavo tutti, anche la proprietaria cortese, premurosa come fossi di famiglia. Non solo ci tornerò ma lo consiglio, anche perchè le strutture che accettano gli animali non sono molte, questo lo rende perfetto.

Il parcheggio ha un costo di €20 per giorno NON si ha comunque un posto auto assegnato potrebbe anzi essere necessario consegnare chiavi in caso sia necessario parcheggiare intralciando. Colazione con caffè e cappuccino espressi anche da poter riprendere, il resto nella norma tutte le mattine uguale. È vicino al mare ed il bagno convenzionato a 20€ x 2 lettini ed ombrellone è conveniente, la spiaggia è di sassi e ciottoli. Molte camere non hanno il bidet ed avendolo saputo noi abbiamo fatto richiesta di una dove fosse presente. La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere a piedi gli imbarchi per Capri o per andare in costiera amalfitana sempre per mare, non altrettanto semplice è raggiungere a Vico Equense o la stazione della circumvesuviana dove non è facile parcheggiare, le distanze non sarebbero enormi neanche a piedi ma la conformazione del territorio con dislivello consistente rende quasi impossibile percorrere in salita le scalette che collegano l'hotel al paese ed alla stazione. L'hotel però mette a dispozione una navetta gratuita ad orari prestabiliti da prenotare, noi l'abbiamo usata varie volte. La cosa che mi è piaciuta meno è il saldo anticipato ed anche pagando la tariffa rimborsabile (circa 10% in più) ci sono delle condizioni che sono quasi un rompicapo e che incollo sotto: Tariffa Rimborsabile, 50% alla conferma e Saldo 21 giorni prima dell’arrivo: Penali di cancellazione, tariffa rimborsabile: per cancellazioni fino a 30 giorni prima nessuna penale applicata da 29 a 16 gg prima dell’arrivo: 50% del soggiorno da 15 a 4 giorni prima dell’arrivo: 75% del soggiorno da 3 giorni prima dell’arrivo o NO-SHOW: 100% del soggiorno

Hôtel familial , personnel très sympathique et disponible. Les chambres sont petites mais bonne literie . Nettoyage quotidien des chambres. Bon emplacement près des plages et du port. Bon petit-déjeuner. Une navette gratuite emmène les clients à la gare de Vico plusieurs fois par jour. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances.

Struttura perfetta a 10 passi dal mare. La gentilezza di Maria Grazia è pari alla bellezza di Seiano. Colazione stellata con torta di mele e bombetta al cioccolato top! Ambiente confortevole e di grande familiarità. Personale professionale e cortesissino. Da provare...e riprovare!

Abbiamo passato le Vacanze in un piccolo ma GRANDE Hotel. Stanze con tutti i comfort ( aria condizionata,frigo,cassaforte,balcone e vista mare). Colazione super..!! Piscina esterna sempre pulita, parcheggio auto nel cortile. che vuoi di piu'?? Pulizie giornaliere impeccabili. Punta di forza dell' Hotel: il Personale..!!! Alla Reception con tanta competenza la solare: Giusy..!! Poi gli ognipresenti Raffaele e Carlo, sempre disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. Bellissime persone che ti rendono il soggiorno come in Famiglia. Se torneremo a Vico, l 'Eden Blue sara' la nostra prima scelta. Un ultimo ringraziamento alla Padrona di casa Amalia. Grazie a tutti per averci ospitato ed coccolato quest'estate. Un grande abbraccio. Monica&Carmelo
