The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh on carpets and door locks. My key cards would work for a day and then stop working. I constantly had to have them rekey the cards. Breakfast is heavy on the carbs but the coffee machine actually makes a decent cup of coffee. Greek yogurt was a nice addition and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were usually available, along with their pancake machine and bagels. the rooms sport bathtubs that are fairly tall and might be a challenge for older visitors

I had 2 rooms during my stay. The first room was comfortable, but the hot water was scalding and i was unable to adjust it to a comfortable level. Also the TV fritzed out and wouldn't work. They moved me to a second room with no problem. The second room had better pillows and better water temps. They could use more water pressure in the showers. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Okay for a night. Showing some wear and tear. Doors latched but seemed a little loose., strong air freshener scent throughout building and rooms not well insulated—could hear people next door talking and tv. Also close to interstate so traffic noise.

It was fine. There definitely needed to be more light in the room. Brighter bulbs would have been a big plus!! It snowed during the night, but there had been no attempt to remove the snow or to treat it.

We liked am breakfast with Bill happy to assist us ,greet us & just plain friendly .
Front desk gents on check in & out aimed to please .
Only complaint is …our room was to be for disability but was barely that way . With disability one key feature should be a taller toilet seat . There was no grab bar in the shower at the far end to help me out of the shower . The grab bar in 123 room was at the opposite end . One does not step out of the tub to the toilet.

This property is right next to the interstate. With the loud noise from the semi trucks, it sounded like dump trucks dumping large rocks all night. I would never stay here again. I am very displeased with microtel.

Check in was quick and the gentleman at the service desk was so kind, and attentive. He also made a great recommendation for local dining!

Very clean, smelled like cinnamon in the entry, the cookies was a sweet touch. The rooms were perfect.
