Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Victoria

Perkhidmatannya baik, saya disambut semasa mendaftar masuk dan bertanya sama ada saya mahukan kuki. Kakitangan yang sopan dan mesra. Bilik hotel sangat bersih, tempat tidurnya sangat selesa. Hanya di tingkat 8 dan masih mempunyai pemandangan indah pusat bandar & boleh melihat sedikit pelabuhan dalam. Pilihan TV di dalam bilik sangat lemah, hanya kabel asas dan TV dipasang sedemikian rupa sehingga menyambungkan komputer atau serupa dengan menonton Netflix bukanlah satu pilihan. Kini telah tinggal di sini dua kali, menikmati kedua-dua kali dan mungkin akan kembali lagi.

I always love my stays at chateau Victoria. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, and they will always go above and beyond for you. I have had no problems getting late check outs. The service is always on point.

地理位置比較好，在維多利亞市中心，步行就能逛到整個熱鬧地方。酒店設施雖然略微陳舊，但是港景房的view+雙陽台還是很舒服的，另外健身房和泳池比較大，有時間可以感受一下。

非常愉快的一次入住體驗。酒店位於government street邊上，正麪就是美麗的港口，右側是步行街，左側是市政大廈。地理位置絕佳。正好這幾天天氣晴好，天空湛藍，非常出片。 房間也很乾凈，灰綠色調能讓人沉下心來。樓道很寬敞，兩側牆上掛了酒店的歷史照片，中庭電梯處更是絕佳的畫中畫。 Q at the fairmont empress氛圍也很棒！

Hotel ini adalah hotel paling terperinci yang pernah saya tinggali di Kanada! Lokasinya di jalan pejalan kaki, hiasannya sangat indah, tempat mandinya penuh dengan L'Occitane, dan terdapat dua pasang selipar! Digemari, kopi juga merupakan jenama yang sangat bagus. Lain kali saya pergi ke Victoria, saya tidak akan pernah melihat mana-mana hotel lain. Pujian lima bintang itu pastinya patut untuknya.

We stayed here for three nights and had a varied experience. Check-in was swift and we were soon on our way to our room, we emptied our suitcases and went to pour a drink, this was when we discovered a half eaten burger in the refrigerator and a glass that looked like it had been dropped in a muddy puddle! In fairness to the hotel the staff were equally horrified and very apologetic. We were offered a room change and next day received a card and a bottle of champagne from the hotel as a further apology. We used the gym in the hotel, which is slightly odd in that it has a carpeted floor and no mats available for doing sit-ups etc. One of the lifts was out of action for a refurb (although there was no evidence of any work going on during our stay) one of the other lifts was frequently out of order, leaving just one in action and lengthy delays waiting to go up or down. We didn’t use the hotel car park, you can use one of the nearby underground parking lots or there are spaces on the road adjacent to to the hotel for half the cost of the hotel parking. It’s a great hotel in a good location, just the poor attention to detail and noisy guests let it down.

酒店就在海邊，晚上很晚才入住的，5分鐘就搞定入住，在國外這效率槓槓滴，旁邊有個海邊長廊可以散步好幾公里，剛好有個聖誕長者開船經過，在海上和大家say hi

Disebabkan kapal dibatalkan secara tiba-tiba, saya terpaksa menempah restoran itu dengan cepat. Ianya sangat bagus. Terdapat sebuah restoran di tingkat bawah. Anda boleh makan sebelum pukul 11 malam. Burger susah nak makan. Ia tidak buruk. Kopi percuma disediakan di lobi. Tuala hotel tidak begitu bersih. Noda boleh dilihat.
