It needs an update, rooms smell damp, and musty. Service was okay. Breakfast was a bit too basic for its rate/night.

Fantastic location, very close to the beach. Music started playing in the hallway each morning around 9am that was loud enough to wake both my husband and I up. The bathroom could have done with a clean. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We booked this hotel for a company trade show. Since we were unfamiliar with the area and concerned about safety, we opted for this relatively nice hotel. Overall, it was good; after all, it's a brand name hotel.

The service is very good. The front desk and the guy who picked up the car are very nice and the service is very thoughtful. The environment is also good, the shower water is not very big, and the shower head is not easy to use. The location is also convenient.

The hotel is on Victoria Island. The environment is particularly good, the rooms are large and the facilities are complete. The service staff is very friendly and the breakfast tastes good. I will stay here again next time.

The service is very good. The breakfast omelette is quite delicious. It is also relatively safe. The door will be locked when entering and exiting and the trunk will be checked. The price is also reasonable. I highly recommend it.
