I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an exceptional job, ensuring that everything was in order and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. Saya mengesyorkannya. Bilik-bilik bersih dan kakitangannya ramah. Pertama sekali, ia berdekatan dengan stesen, yang merupakan kelebihan besar. Memandangkan ia berdekatan dengan Istana Belvedere, saya dapat melihat pasar Krismas, dan juga boleh menaiki U-Ban terus ke bandar dan melihatnya. Saya rasa saya akan membuat tempahan lain kali.

I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room. The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :( I appreciated the quite area. Different kind of public transportation is still very close :)

basic hotel Clean 20 minutes from centre. Rooms really hot no facility to turn temperature down. The bar was closed not sure if staff issues After long time out would have been nice to get a hot drink and snack. we bought tea bags and milk as only 2 fruit tea sachets in room. Breakfast was included and okay but limited choice. I wouldn't stay here again. ok for somewhere to sleep but not an experience hotel.

We checked in on Wednesday night as a large tour group. The reception was lacking a few chairs but that was understandable since we were a large group. The hotel supervisor whose name which I later found out was Abdul was very rude. He forced our room assignments and made us sign a paper to agree to what he wants. He wanted to separate people from the same family group into different rooms which is not part of the initial agreement. He even went as far as to shout at our poor travel guide in front of other guests! We tried to talk to him calmly but he refused to lower his voice. We let him be after that. Some of the other staff even apologised to us for his behavior. That evening, he even barged into one of the families in our group's (a couple with 2 very young children's) room without knocking just to say to get out and that this as per his words ”was not their room” although he was the one who gave them their keys and wrote their name on the card itself! Almost like breaking and entering using the master key! The guests they double booked into the room even had to apologize to them themselves as it was very intense. We have tried to reach out the manager during our short stay of 2 days. When we finally talked to her, she said that she knows the attitude of her staff and he is not like that and refused to listen to anything we said! She was not there so she could not believe what we were saying. Unbelievable! We were very scared and tired as the whole stay we were scared anybody were to by barged in by that man and shouted at. The 2 kids were very traumatized and could not sleep after that evening. The rest of the hotel was very old and inconvenient to stay in. The bathtub is not suitable for the elderly as it is very narrow and high. And some molds have been growing out of the tiles. The breakfast was ok. But it was a very harrowing trip. Does NOT feel like a 4-star hotel at all. Please avoid this place for your own sakes.

Prima hotel, mooie schone kamers. Een nadeel, het was er erg warm en niet kouder te krijgen. Daardoor dag en nacht de raam open gehad wat door het verkeer buiten niet altijd fijn was. Ontbijt voldoende keus. In het weekend had er personeel bij gemogen tijdens ontbijt, de 2 mannen kregen het niet bijgewerkt terwijl ze keihard hun best deden. Al het personeel was super vriendelijk! Hotel ligt dicht bij tramhalte, ideaal. Kaartjes voor 3 dagen vervoer bij het hotel gekocht.

Staying here now. A great location for touring the city. Metro station U1 (REDLINE) right outside hotel on the right and close to shopping area and museums, aquarium and street food/ market street. Kids friendly hotel (play room for little kids, not for 4 years old upwards). Staff not too friendly but I think this is due to busy period of the year & no time to carter to non-urgent matters. But if you manager to track down a staff & ask for help, it happens quickly. Clean lobby - water available for guest, coffee, tea, small lobby though, could run into people easily if crowded. Breakfast - good, clean, outside Terrence was open so good space. But a bit crowded by 8-9 am. Food variation, lots of different things and great for people who do not eat pork. Rooms -modern, clean, updated furniture. Pray it stays this way compare to past reviews 2019, 2020. Could be bit more dust-up; but hey its summer so open windows / dust is normal. TV very great size & distance from bed. Mini-bar / kitchen yay :-) kids were happy. Beds - very comfortable, sheets smells very clean, pillow- fluffy and smells clean fresh & new. No dirt under bed. I checked. Bathroom - oh I am surprised, cleaned , no mold on the bathroom tub, or shower area. I must say this was amazing. VERY CLEAN BATHROOM. Halls from Elevator - clean surprisingly no stains, no trash cans (thank goodness) and not smelling, it was very airy and spacious for tolling baggages back & forth. Elevator not dirty, mirrors / steel very clean. Windows big with lights, no balcony. Curtains very clean a bit dusty again. Overall I kept looking for something, but this time I have no major complain then perhaps friendier staff will be a bonus, but hey o one should stop your happiness. Our room (apartment for 2 adults) was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't turned on (we couldn't turn it on by ourselves, but actually we didnt need it) A special thing in apartment is that there is a stove. All required dishes you can ask on reception and make food by yourself. Location is not far away from tram and underground stations (5-7 min by foot).

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
