Friendly staff, quiet location with pool rooftop bar. All great except window side have view of restaurant tables next to it. Bit awkward to open windows anytime.

酒店離鐵路站很近，離巴士站也很近，周圍很方便，出去市區中心很快。房間也是非常的乾淨整潔，房間環境很好

Stayed at this hotel for a two night stay with my family and another friend's family. Room - Felt more like a dormitory. The beds were all in single bed mode. There was hardly any space for opening/keeping luggage so we had to use the bed when we had to open our suitcases. The cupboard was a hole in the wall covered with a curtain. The bathroom shower was very ineffective, there was hardly any pressure in the shower. The partition to keep the water in the bathing area was poorly designed so it was impossible to bath without getting the whole bathroom wet. There was no phone in the room, in case you wanted to ask something. Food - the breakfast buffet was quite limited in spread. There was also no live station. We didn't enjoy our breakfast here. Location - Nothing specifically good or bad about the location. Close to a tram station so it was connected with the city centre. Overall - Did not enjoy the stay at the hotel. The hotel felt quite inadequate for the price we paid.

The hotel was nice. Well connected with transportation that gave us access to the city center. There were few coffee places and a Turkish restaurant nearby. The room was clean and the staff were nice. The only downside was an odd smell the first day we checked in that later disappeared. I also had a bad experience with cleaning as we stayed till 15:30 because of the rain and when we left we asked for cleaning and changing towels. The cleaning lady just left and claimed we didn’t want the service when we actually said to her when she came that we’re leaving. Apart from that it was a good experience overall.

Lovely hotel close to public transport as it is outside of the city center. We had a large corner twin room with nice size bathroom and comfortable beds. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast was typical. Very nice budget friendly hotel that I would recommend.

I stayed in this hotel with my family during the Easter break. The hotel is located 20 mins from the city centre but there is a tram station close to the hotel. The room is poorly lit and provide only thick blanket with no extra pillows. The hotel mentions air-conditioning in the description but they provide AC only during June to September. I believe they should have mentioned it clearly upfront. The hotel is on the busy street and so it was not possible to keep the window open during night time as we were initially given a room on the lower floor. We felt quite hot in the room and Beatrice the staff moved us to the higher floor next day where it was possible to keep the window s open without the noise. Overall it was pretty average and didn't feel like a 4 star property and the price we paid. I would have given it 2/5 but the extra 1 is only for Beatrice who helped us with the room.

We wish there were more lights (ceiling light) and more sockets. Had to ask one more chair as there were only two for three of us. There is a fridge but not working which is a shame. The room is spacious and beds comfortable. Shower is adequate. All very clean, and quiet enough.

Filthy rooms, sheets had blood stains on them! When we went to the reception desk and demanded for clean sheets and blankets they gave us new ones with HESITATION to lay our beds (on our own), DIRTY SHEETS-appauling for a so called 4 star hotel. (not even one star) ! On a school trip and some friends found bed bugs in their room!!! NO HYGIENE !!! NO HEALTH STANDARDS -SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR DISINFECTION AND NOT DARE TO BE CALLED A HOTEL !

It was quiet even though our room faced the main street. There is easy access to the centre using tramway 43 which stops close to the hotel, or tramway 9 just around the corner. Good bakeries and restaurants nearby. We never bought the breakfast at the hotel as it was quite expensive (22 euros/person on the spot or 15 euros/person if you prebook). Overall a pleasant stay at a reasonable price, considering the location and amenities.

The hotel's location and amenities were satisfactory, but cleanliness was a letdown, especially with the neglected room cleaning throughout our week-long stay. Throughout our stay, neither the room carpet nor the tables were ever cleaned.

Stayed 2 nights at the family room. It was big and nice and comfortable for 4 at the loft. There was a bathtub as well. My 2 teenagers love this hotel the most amongst our stay at Austria.
