Ulasan Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn

The hotel is located right in front of a subway station, just a couple stops from the city centre. You should get a daily card for your stay if you intend to go sightseeing. The staff is really kind, the rooms are cosy and warm. Beautiful lobby with artificial fire. Refreshments also available when arriving. There is a little bit street noise, but only when the windows are open. Delicious breakfast with a lot of different foods and drinks to choose from, there is even wine.

Good experiences: Very good location. 1 min from the Metro station. Supermarket in a distance of 30 seconds walk. Water and apple in the lobby as refreshment. Relatively affordable in Vienna. Bad experiences: Unstable water temperature during bathing. That made me just like travelling between hell and heaven for many times. They opened the window when I was out. Then I found insects when I came back. That was a bit disgusting and I need to spend time to deal with the insects. No telephone so I can’t seek help at once. The toilet flush wet the floor.

The hotel was neat, clean and accessible when it comes to public transportation. Hotel staff are very accommodating. The price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel to all tourists who would like to visit Vienna.

The staff were nice and polite but they could not provide me with some sort of an electric fan to cool myself as the AC was too warm and a single window didn’t help.

Best hotel that i have stayed during my trip. Great connectivity since just located in front of train station. Enjoyed my stay there. The staffs are very helpful in providing any information that was asked to them. Wouldn't mind repeating a stay there in future if needed.

I thought I booked the Star Inn Premium.near the Vienna main train station. It turned out it was this Star Inn which was farther from the station. However Petra at the front desk was pleasant and helpful which made our check in smooth and easy. Breakfast buffet was filling and satisfied us for morning's activities.

Very good hotel! Breakfast was ok. There is a subway, grocery store and cafe literally in two steps. Great place to stay as it is only a 15-minute journey to the centre by metro.

There is a corner for buying different kinds of daily necessities. If you go from the airport, it takes half an hour only. The price is really reasonable.
