Fantastic facilities and good location. People there are very friendly. It’s very popular and a little bit difficult to book.

It is a place I always visit when I go on a business trip to Vienna. I always feel sorry for breakfast, but I often stay because of the good location and facilities.

Perfect location if you travel via Hbf. Good designed spacious clean rooms. Everything you need in apart hotel. Feel like home.

located at 5 mins walk from the train station, and walkable distance to lots of attraction! manage to watch fireworks all around the hotel during new years day!

The receptionist is a trainee, but he is very polite and helpful.

Family of four stayed here for 5 days to meet with friends coming from Italy. The hotel is close to metro and tram so easily access to city for concerts and museums. Hotel has a lttle indoor pool (not heated) and sauna for kids to swim and play. Breakfast doesn’t have fresh fruits and not enough variety so each day is the same. Overall a pleasant stay.

Location is close to the station, 15 mins walk to one attractions and 40 minutes walk to downtown. Nothing much to eat nearby, Ubereats not available at the location. Parking is available, very convenient. HOWEVER, the room is over-sold!!!! We didn’t get the room we book and with the terrace, there are a lot of cigarettes left there!!! The air-conditions is super weak, very hot!

The Apartments are only a 5 min walk from the main train station and a 2 min walk to the tram to take you into Vienna. The Hotel was warm and very clean m, the facilities were great. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

The apartment is not at the city centre, but easy access, it's within walking distance to Belvedere museum. Wifi in the room is stable. The breakfast buffet is simple and neat, with quite some choices of food based on this room rate.

Nice service, great apartment, good view. With laundry (wash & dry) machine, providing detergent.

Walking distance to train station

The room and services are good. The room was cleaned. Only thing to complain was house keeper was not replaced some stuffs daily. Eg. drinking water, coffee, dish washer for washing machine.

Incredible stay! Room is big and clean. There's washer with dryer for us to wash clothes! Only funny part is we told the hotel we will arrive late and they gave us a fruit platter to celebrate our annv stay but when we arrived, u can tell the fruits been lying there for some hours beyond consumption period. So we didn't eat but the housekeeper didn't collect the platter away throughout our 6 days stay although there was white mould growing on the fruits.. And even after we place it near the sink, they did not collect. Water is chargeable also. Aprt from that all good
