Nice staffs and good service

I stayed here to watch an opera at the State Opera House. It has a calm atmosphere and is safe even late at night. It was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathtub, hair dryer, espresso machine, bathrobes, and other amenities. I asked for an electric kettle for tea and it was brought right away. All the staff were kind.

It's been a few years since I last stayed here, and it was a bit disappointing that the amenities and other services had become more basic. The breakfast was still delicious.

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The breakfast was very rich. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance.

Vienna Grand Hotel is very close to Vienna Golden Hall and convenient for shopping. The breakfast is delicious😋

There are crystal chandeliers in the rooms, many paintings in the corridors, two washbasins in the bathroom, and complete facilities. The location is also very good, located behind the Golden Hall, with a tram station at the door and most attractions within walking distance. The breakfast is rich and the service staff is very enthusiastic. The only thing is that the facilities are a little old, and the bathtub is high, which is not friendly to short legs and the elderly. For those who like nostalgia, concerts and operas, this hotel is the first choice.

The hotel made a mistake with the room type, but Ctrip made timely adjustments and coordination, and the customer finally understood. The new room type was much larger than the deluxe room.

I contacted Ctrip and they upgraded us without hesitation, and the cost was borne by Ctrip. This is a responsible company. I will only choose Ctrip when traveling or on business trips in the future!
