Great location, a stones throw from the metro, bus and tram which is very handy. Great area with lots of restaurants / shops nearby. Very good hotel, comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very clean and hygienic, the metro station is right outside the hotel and it takes up to 15 minutes to reach the city centre.

Great location, Romm was very clean but a bit too small for a 4* hotel. Also TV cable was not working properly.

The hotel was very easy to locate from the Vienna airport. There is a metro station Kagran on the U1 line right next to the hotel which made the location extra convenient especially being a tourist on nights when you find yourself heading back to your hotel late . The staff were really nice and friendly. Olivia was very helpful and patient with me when I had issues with my ESIM not connecting properly and another young lady ( sorry I did not get your name ) but she helped me print out my boarding pass as the mobile boarding card was not loading properly to my apple wallet. The room was very nice and clean with basic amenities on hand it had a fridge which worked very well as I have been in some hotels and the fridge was not fridging at all kettle for making coffee shampoo and shower gel very nice lemon balm scent overall very modern hotel and will recommend any day .

Convenient location, public transport just next to hotel and a big shopping mall too.

I love everything except for the breakfast, it was so so. Not so many choices. The rooms also are not soundproof and I can hear what the other room was doing in the middle of the night.

Decent, clean room but the service ain’t good needa walk pretty far to car park as the underground road between buildings was blocked The car park pass didnt work so we needed to walk back to lobby to seek help. I was taking a selfie in lobby while waiting , but the male receptionist suspected me taking photo of him and asked impolitely which ruined my mood of the day

It was a brand new hotel. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent as well for $21 Euro. U1 train was very convenient.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful with information. Great location with train station and shopping centre Infront of the hotel. Quick shirt train ride to downtown.
