Unser Appartement, für 5 Tage bezogen, war hell und geräumig. Betten waren sehr gut. Die Angestellten alle sehr freundlich. Aber: Backofen, Herd, Dusche, Wc, Küche schränke... alles NICHT sauber. Klebrig, Haare, Brösel, diverse Spuren im WC. Küchenausstattung spärlich bis fehlend. Kaputte Lampen wurden an der Rezeption zwar entgegengenommen, aber nicht ersetzt. Schade. Nicht zu empfehlen im Endeffekt.

Awesome hotel away from busy sightseeing and center of town. Not far from connection routes to get downtown or where you need to go. Room was not huge, but comfortable for 2 guests. Had reuerigerator, no safe, nice bathroom size and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Shopping mall right across street, with market on lower level for all your needs. Staff was super.

Het is een modern hoge toren waarvan alleen de onderste 8 verdiepingen hotelkamers zijn. We hadden prachtig uitzicht vanaf de 7e op de Donau. Het ontbijt is op de 4e, een knusse ontbijtzaal, alles is er voor een smakelijk ontbijt. Prima service bij receptie. Parkeren onder het gebouw. Er is een groot shoppingcentrum eetgelegenheden bij. En openbaar vervoer dichtbij, dus zo in het centrum

Jaz in the City hotel offers a unique design and concept that's truly one of a kind. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, with a special mention to the front office manager, Michael, who appears to be very hands-on with training his team. My check-in was smooth, thanks to Johannes, and the checkout was equally seamless with Joanne's assistance. While the breakfast options are minimal, the quality is excellent. The Mariatrink roof bar is an absolute must-visit, offering stunning views and excellent service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Very nice hotel, very nice design work. Good location juat a few minutes from the Central Train Station, and trams stop in front of the hotel Room nice, bed very comfortable. Shower absolutely new and very good. Very quiet. Very frendly service. I think I'll be back

Lovely stay. The hotel was in the most perfect location. Just off a side street to all the main hustle and bustle. Perfect. Beautiful old fashioned decor and nice size room. The room was like a sauna and we couldn’t seem to regulate the temperature so we had to open the window. We were then woken by banging and crashing at 630 which sounded like a delivery arriving. The staff were so pleasant. Breakfast was limited to bread and very small selection of cold buffet choices. You could order something hot but only a choice of eggs cooked in 3 different ways. We did laugh as it took about 25 mins to make an omelette and it was the smallest omelette we have ever seen. The room was nice. The shower was very low pressure but was sufficient. We ordered a taxi to return to the airport, through the reception and it was prompt. It cost 10 euros less than the taxi we took from the airport to the hotel. (52 v 62 euros from airport rank) All in all a lovely stay.
