Hotel berhampiran Neptune Fountain, Vienna

Quarto extremamente limpo com lençóis confortáveis. Lamentei não ter frigobar e por não ter ar condicionado autônomo. Não sabíamos e ficou quente na primeira noite. Recepção super acolhedora, explica como se locomover na cidade, metrô da linha verde e vermelha a 100m. Café da manhã custa 8€ por pessoa e pode ser pago na hora, horário de check out sensacional, ao meio dia, dando ao hóspede a possibilidade de descansar um pouco mais, sem precisar fazer hora em shoppings para pegar o vôo. Gostei muito disso. Internet funciona muito bem.

Checked in late to our “Superior Room” during our visit to Vienna. The room was clean and cozy just as you would expect at a Mercure hotel. But that’s where the good things ended. The next morning at about 9.30am we heard knocking on the door and it started opening. We panicked and I quickly held it preventing it from opening any further. After a couple of mins, we opened the door ourselves to check who on earth it was. Turned out it was the cleaning lady from the housekeeping staff. She even had the gall to ask us at what time were we leaving, that too at 9.30!! We informed the lady at the reception and she was apologetic but would not take any “concrete” action. That is not all, there was no dental kit in the room. We called up the reception and the lady let us know that they were out of dental kits! How do you claim to be a 4* hotel with such a lacklustre service and poor hospitality? Either way, I know that I am not going back to this hotel and would caution others too. 4/10 for me.

We stayed for 5 nights. The check in is automatic because there is no 24 hours reception. You don't need any card to get into the room, you just click the code. Regarding cleanliness, it was ok when we arrived. However, they only cleaned 2 days. We had to take wc paper from the public toilet downstairs. According to the room info leaflet, breakfast was supposed to be 8,50€ but finally it was 10,50€ because they said that it was not updated. It was very simple, I missed scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, etc. It is strategically situated because you can take the underground easily and it only takes you 15 minutes to get to the city center.

The service staff and location was great. However, a kettle and a fridge in the room would have been more convenient for a six-day stay. The room was sp**** and there were no chairs, cups or glasses in the room.

Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. the check in system is super terrible. We were waiting outside of the building for more than 1 hour to sort out this weird check-in issue. Because we can't find anywhere shows our room number. Then we called them, they online confirmed our order fisrt. After that we need to check-in online, upload our ID, also selfie, home address and so on. After that we waited agian until they chcked everything and gave us our PIN code of room. Because of this problem, we missed our restaurant and also the later plan. I have to say this check in system is super bad.

We arrived at noon. The receptionist guy was weird in handling customer check-in. We didn't like his behaviour taunting with regards to the booked room & ID proof.

I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room. The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :( I appreciated the quite area. Different kind of public transportation is still very close :)

Nice, clean hotel with friendly stuff. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are not big but equipped enough for a one night stay. I would not recommend longer stays though as you might lack some more space. The only down side I find the parking price. Too expensive.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
