Sehr sauberes Hotel!! Hatte zwar ein kleines Zimmer aber sehr sauber und schön. Würde ich empfehlen und wieder buchen. Anbindung zu Bus und Bahn auch sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.

Quarto extremamente limpo com lençóis confortáveis. Lamentei não ter frigobar e por não ter ar condicionado autônomo. Não sabíamos e ficou quente na primeira noite. Recepção super acolhedora, explica como se locomover na cidade, metrô da linha verde e vermelha a 100m. Café da manhã custa 8€ por pessoa e pode ser pago na hora, horário de check out sensacional, ao meio dia, dando ao hóspede a possibilidade de descansar um pouco mais, sem precisar fazer hora em shoppings para pegar o vôo. Gostei muito disso. Internet funciona muito bem.

Absolut Kundenunfreundlich. Außer dreckig nur dreckig. Die Zimmer in einem absoluten Horrorzustand. Für diesen Preis eine bodenlose Frechheit. Das so eine Unterkunft überhaupt noch Menschen beherbergen darf, ist die größte Frechheit. Andere Hotelies die sich in Zeug legen, investieren und freundlich zu ihren Gästen sind, müssen sich so bemühen ihren Standard zu halten und dann kommen Häuser wie diese und bekommen solche Namen und Auszeichnungen. Keine Klimaanlage, nicht ordentlich zum abdunkeln, Luft holen bei so einer Lüftung, ist sicher auch Gesundheitsschädigend. Also an alle Tester oder alle Behörden, wie kann so etwas sein? Welche ein blinder mit Krückstock nicht gegeben hätte. Kann nur jedem empfehlen, sich eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen denn dann werdet ihr such eine schöne Zeit in Wien haben.

Good experiences: Very good location. 1 min from the Metro station. Supermarket in a distance of 30 seconds walk. Water and apple in the lobby as refreshment. Relatively affordable in Vienna. Bad experiences: Unstable water temperature during bathing. That made me just like travelling between hell and heaven for many times. They opened the window when I was out. Then I found insects when I came back. That was a bit disgusting and I need to spend time to deal with the insects. No telephone so I can’t seek help at once. The toilet flush wet the floor.

The hotel is lovely. Well presented. Airy. Nice chilled atmosphere. Good breakfasts. Room was clean, well presented with a lovely large bathroom. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna but with a train stop almost opposite (and a 3 day public transport pass at 17 euros) it’s easy to get around. The staff are pleasant. The bar well stocked. We would go back. The only thing that let it down for us was the fact that in 3 days they didn’t fix our bathroom door (which wouldn’t close 🙈) and didn’t clean our room on one day.

Top eingerichtet und in jedem Zimmer ist die Liebe zum Detail spürbar! Überall wurden hochwertige Produkte ausgesucht!!! Lage: ruhig aber doch nahezu zentral -＞ U-Bahn zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - von dort kann man Wien erkunden! Infrastruktur PERFEKT: Supermärkte; Restaurants; Fast Food; und vieles mehr... Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften (Kleidung usw) auch in der Nähe!!! Man wird sehr toll empfangen und fühlt sich wohl - alles ist perfekt sauber!!!+

I stayed here in May 2022 for 4 nights in a standard double. Room was nice size, nice view overlooking the street and easy to get around Vienna. It was central but wasn't really close to centre, it took me about 30 minutes to walk to Karlsplatz but I didn't mind as I like walking anyway and walked from the hotel to the centre every day. If you don't mind walking, it's an ideal base to explore the city. There is also the subway station Margaretengurtel nearby if you prefer. Bathroom was nice, clean and basic. I was given a room with velux (slanted) ceiling, to be honest, I'm not that keen on velux ceilings but that didn't matter as didn't affect my stay. There was a tiny minor issue, I noticed the light bulb in the entrance made a wierd buzz noise when on, so I told reception about this, who said they will get maintenance to look into it. Unfortunately no one came. It wasn't that much of a deal and I lived with it. The noise only buzzed when the light was on, so I just turned it off when sleeping. Apart from that, I had a very good stay. Good room in good location with easy access to the main attractions in Vienna.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying
