Price is very reasonable for what we received. Location, parking lots, breakfast, room service and all facilities are really good for family.

The hotel is located at the center of the Vientiane capital, very easy to access everywhere by foot such as night market, morning market, restaurants, cafe, pathuxai, temples, and nampu fountain.
All of the staffs have a professional hospitality.
The airport transportation and breakfast services were smooth and good.
I am sure that staying this hotel made my trip memorable.

Location is very good. Room service sometimes does'nt reply your calls. In room - massage service was satisfactory. Fitness center and outdoor pool are subject to extra payment so that in general they were fully empty.

The hotel is well situated in the city center of Vientiane. The staffs are very kind and attentive. They even have free shuttle service to the airport. I greately recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Vientiane.

The breakfast is very rich and services are great. They have yoga mat too which you can use the pool/open space and group gym/yoga classes are offered. The bathroom is a bit small though. People are friendly.

Nice and clean hotel. The breakfast is superb with this price. I would recommend the others to reserve the high-floor (4-5th floor) for more quite room and privacy.

The hotel had me on wrong days in their reservation despite trip.com showing what I really booked. Took half an hour to sort it out. Dated rooms, but not bad for the price paid and good breakfast.

The plae was nice but was just too much noise every morning. They need to fix the doors to the guest rooms. Some guest would go in and out of their rooms multiple times each time allowing the door to slam shut. This started from 6AM to 9AM every morning.

A hotel with many international business travellers which is always a good sign. Location is quite good. Breakfast spread is amazing.
If you are a non smoker, do ensure u get a non smoking room. I was first assigned a smoking room n asked for a change - the non smoking room is definitely of a newer and cleaner feel.
I will not recommend the in room massage - it is a few times higher than street prices and the massage i had was really more of just a rub down with oil, masseuse did not seem to know pressure points at all and she showed up in a company tshirt that said "hotel laundry services".
