Worst hotel we ever stayed in our life.
Dirty , run down, broken.

It was way different than the pics. Thus, overpriced.
Though mine was luckily ok, I heard some rooms getting complains abt really bad fishy odor in the bathroom...
Concluding, do not recommend this hotel!

Accessibility and location was fantastic. Restaurant, cafes, night market are all within reach. Staff are helpful and friendly. However the hotel looks old and run down. They don't have a lift and sadly we have to carry our luggage on the 3rd floor. The staff are not so attentive with helping us with our luggage. The front receptionist was helpful thought. However it's cheap hotel so you get what you paid for.

Located right within the city center. Buffet breakfast gives you fresh local fruits. Breakfast area is al fresco.

All the staff were so wonderful. I was given a smoking room but the hotel staff helped and changed it. Great location.

It's a nice hotel in a good location, the room is not bad, good breakfast and has a small pool and deckchairs for relaxing. They also do scooter/ motorbike rentals.

Everything was fine accept one big thing. Me and my wife were after all day of travel and were dreaming of shower but there was no water. We asked stuff about it and then a man came to our room. Did something in the bathroom. It didnt work. He said he will be back in a moment and never show up again. We didnt get any information nor a water. Next day we asked to get a shower in diffrent room and they have is a Key so we washed up but spend a night dirty.

worst hotel that I have stayed in Vientian so far.
inside the room there is no Wi-Fi and SIM card doesn't work.
I saw a worm inside my toilet. The room is really wet when I check in, but they said all the room was fully book so I can't change the room.

Very small clean room on the 4th floor. No lift. Delicious breakfast. Happy to stay for 1 day but not more than that. Worth 20USD per night. Thank you.
