We had been upgraded to their their main hotel, the main hotel (street) is just adjacent to calle crisologo, the hotel is a must-stay if you're in Vigan, the hotel room (Queen) is big, the overall cleanliness is great, the hotel staffs are soo accommodating, the amenities were awesome, IG worthy, if you're into arts and painting, you're in the right place, masterpieces from Manansala, Juan Luna, Imao and others 👌👌👌

Good location! Clean and very prompt cleaners. I asked for a calesa to drive us around town, and they said yes, they have a contact who will come pick us up at the agreed time. And then the time came and the calesa did not show up, they called the calesa driver and he said that he has a customer. So he advised hotel people to tell us to just go get calesa at the park. This (service) would have been 5/5 if they immediately told us that it's the busy season so we don't know if someone can pick you up (and could have advised us to just go pick up a calesa in burgos park where there's a station. Other than that, they were excellent!

Hotel was wonderful to stay in. Very central to the “tourist” areas - in fact you would be on the Main Street walking to the dancing fountains in under 1 minute. The hotel staff were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. We were traveling on a large motorbike which we wanted parked off road. Less than 2 minute drive - and hotel buggy to return me. At 0500 we reverse this process ! Room was clean; and had a nice bathroom. However I am 193cm(6ft 4”) and I just fitted in the bed. If you are taller … you need to check

Very nice and Impressive hotel, strategic location with good car parking space. Center of everything such as food, tourist spot, watson, photo taking, food, souvenir and many more. Staff is friendly and caring, smile all the time and very accomodating. Smoker like me is happy as there is smoking area very near to the room (request room 206 then you would understand what I mean for smoker). This was our second time to visit Vigan as a family and our first time to stay at Panadores De Vigan, and we are so very glad that we did! The staff are friendly and helpful from booking all the way to our departure. They even went out of their way to find out if the local coffee shop would be open since it was a holiday when we arrived. We were greeted with warm and friendly demeanor, and we were able to check-in earlier (1245PM). It's located near some of the popular tourist spots, restaurants yet it's quiet. We also did not hear any noise coming from the other rooms or guests. Our rooms were on the second floor. They were clean, pleasant, lots of room and complete with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and we had the best sleep during our stay. We had a minor issue with the bathroom, but it was immediately fixed. Our breakfast was served on time as requested. Our rooms were cleaned during our stay. Just a couple of minor improvements: The water pressure in the shower could be stronger and maybe have the bathroom door fixed (we had to push it really hard for it to close). Recommendation/Suggestion: Provide a water dispenser in the room for added comfort. Two water bottles were provided for free and refilled the next day, but it would be nicer to have access to a water dispenser inside the room rather than having to buy and carry water bottles from the store whenever we went out. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, and I definitely recommend them especially for families and big groups. By the way, they are right across the street from the famous First Sinangloa (they're open as early as 6AM). A few blocks from the public market where we bought bagnet and longganisa for our ”pasalubong”. The parking was a big plus! They have ample parking for their guests.

Disappointment: Atleast 4 staff were loitering in the room when we came in. Why would they do that? They were using the room, sitting or maybe laying down the bed. I wanted to request for another room that the staff did not use but we were already tired. I just sprayed alcohol all over the bed. Wifi is slow, not true to what they advertise as fast. Satisfaction: Location. Its in the center and everything is pretty much walking distance Parking space. Acceptable. You can leave your key so they can adjust when some other cars would go out because the parking is stacked from inside out. Or they will just call you when they need you to move your car. Your choice. Service. I think they were friendly. Do I add in the service category that the staff use the room before we checked in? I like the part where water is complimentary and we can get it from the fridge anytime. Room. Acceptable. The typical size of a family room with 2 twin beds. Air conditioning is normal. Sound is sleepable. TV and cable are typical. Bathroom has flowing water and hot & cold.

Overall experience is very good with a few suggestions for improvement. The room rate is relatively lower. The facilities are new - freshly painted walls, spotless room, newly built restroom, cool aircon, and free parking. The staff are very friendly as well. The hotel location is still near Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos, less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tight road going there and after the short bridge, the vicinity becomes residential and dimly lit at night. The hotel seems newly built and still lacks a few necessities in the family room: bidet, shower heater, shower partition/curtain. The wifi signal is strong in the hallways (at room 12) but very weak inside the room. Overall, the hotel has a strong potential to be a perfect alternative to established hotels in Vigan if they can improve further.

This is a newly renovated hotel on 4 levels in the old city centre and is a bit of an oasis! The foyer is clean, light and bright gives a great first impression. The corridors on each level have tiled floors and are clean and well maintained . The rooms are spacious and very clean and the airon works perfectly as does the TV with some international chanels available. At the roof top there is a rather nice small swimming pool and a great spacious rooftop bar serving food and drinks. The area could perhaps benefit from some sun umbrellas in the daytime but is lovely and cool in the evenings. The ground floor restaurant is clean and serves very good local food. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and accomodating and appear to be better trained than the average. All round this is very comfortable！
