Hotel 2 Bintang di Vigo

Tucked away in a quiet street yet having views across the Ria de Vigo from the back, we were pleased with our stay. Very friendly staff on reception who also serve in the small bar in the foyer. Very homely rooms comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Only a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and a short distance from the old town and the harbour. Vigo is a real Galician Spanish town waiting to be discovered - we stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it as a real place, in other words no tourist shops - or if there were we did not find them. At time of our visit there was work going on around central Porta do Sol to make it more traffic-free, but were especially fascinated by the string of escalators that ascend the hill from that point- especially useful when returning to the hotel. We had a room overlooking the Ria -very good value for money.

La habitación estaba limpia y era suficiente para la estancia de una noche que hice. El trato impecable y tuve la suerte de tener plaza de aparcamiento disponible al llegar. La localización es muy buena, al lado de la estación de tren y de un gran centro comercial y a distancia de paseo del puerto.

Ubicación muy buena prácticamente en el puerto de la ciudad. La habitación muy cómoda y bien distribuida, contando además con una pequeña terraza-balcon con vistas al exterior. Lo mejor, el trato de la chica de recepción, muy atenta y agradable, resolviendo todas nuestras dudas y aconsejandonos lugares para aparcar como alternativa a los parkings públicos (bastante caros en esa zona) y buenos sitios para comer y visitar. Hotel modesto dentro de sus características pero cumpliendo perfectamente las expectativas puestas en él. Volveremos si hay oportunidad.

It's a good hotel because of it's Location anyways it need a bit of work in the rooms. During the stay, which it was winter, the rooms were a bit cold and the heating was for the whole building so you can not turn it on when you need it. The bathroom needs a bit of work and the internet does not work at all even after talking to the Reception few times, the signal was not strong enough. I hope they can fix these issues because they are in a good location and the rooms are good size.

El hotel es genial. Está súper bien situado, las habitaciones están muy bien, camas y almohadas cómodas, baños espaciosos y limpios. El servicio de recepción maravilloso, muy amables, con detalle navideño final 😍. Por poner un pero... El desayuno estaba incluido y no es buffet, por lo que se me quedó algo escaso aunque no fue mal desayuno. Si lo que te interesa es la playa, te pilla bastante lejos, si en cambio quieres ver luces de navidad o pasar unos días en la ciudad... Este es tu sitio.

Stayed here for one night after a full day of hiking the Camino. The hotel is just outside the city centre but there are plenty of restaurants around (although lots are closed on a Monday). We chose to go to Bar Imperial, you must visit, it’s about a 10 minute walk from the hotel but worth it! When we arrived the staff were helpful and the rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. Which was just what we needed after hiking all day in the rain. The breakfast in the morning was great, a buffet with plenty to choose from. A mixture of cereals, cakes, meat, bread. If I were being picky, the bathroom (the bath in particular) was a little dirty and they were understaffed in the morning as the bar was full of pilgrims all hiking the Camino wanting to fuel up for the day, the waiter probably needed some help. Apart from that it was a very comfortable stay in a great location!

Hotel maravilhoso, as camas são muito confortáveis, o banheiro é extremamente limpo Custo benefício foi ótimo, pois fiquei apenas uma noite Sugiro pelo menos que fiquem 2 dias para aproveitar a Cidade, pois as praias são espetaculares de lindas

Estas vacaciones mi pareja y yo hemos dormido en varias pensiones, albergues, hostales y desgraciadamente este ha sido el más caro y el menos bueno. 90 euros la noche por una habitación pequeña, en un hotel que está lejos del centro (7 km), con aparcamiento pero para 9 coches y un lavabo amplio pero muy poco equipado, nos pusieron 2 sobrecitos de champú y 2 de gel que no llegaban ni para enjabon**** un brazo, tuvimos que usar nuestro propio champú para ducharnos. El desayuno estaba bueno, pero para ser lo que es lo encontramos caro. Como nota positiva, las habitaciones estaban limpias, el personal era muy amable, y al margen de estas pequeñas cosas nuestra estancia fue cómoda y agradable, solo que lo encontramos un poco caro para lo que el hotel ofrecía.
