It is a good hotel to stay. Very neatly maintained. Hotel staffs are good and responsive. Food is good and the restaurant staff listens to the request of the guest and modify the food accordingly. Hotel has its own parking. For an extra person they provide a proper bed with mattress. I am satisfied with the services and i recommend this hotel.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Enjoyed everything here . Service in the rooms could have been faster . Used Plates lying outside room doors for over 15-18 hours . Housekeeping needs to gear up . Change batteries in the safe took them more than 2 hours . Breakfast could have improved . Was boring to eat the same mostly for 4 nights

M5 hotel is the best hotel in Vijayawada Staff is very cooperative . Breakfast and lunch is very nice . The hotel room was clean and nice and specious. They went out of their way to make sure i had everything i needed and ensured that check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. They have taken a conscious effort to reduce plastic usage, which is something i greatly appreciated. Instead of plastic water bottles, they provided water in elegant glass bottles, and all the toiletries were eco-friendly, with no plastic packaging. The breakfast offered was nothing short of amazing. There was a wide variety of options, from local delicacies to more continental choices, ensuring that all guests could find something to their taste. It was the perfect way to start my day. The travel desk was also extremely helpful, arranging a taxi for me to explore nearby places without any difficulty. Additionally, the hotel arranged a convenient pick-and-drop service to the airport. For my early morning flight, they even packed food for the journey, which was a thoughtful touch. It was a great experience, everything was clean and organised. The manager and staff was very humble and well mannered. It was nice and comfortable stay. If someone is coming to vijayawada then this hotel is good to go.
