This is a gem. Just away from the centre with parking outside. The rooms large and available for self catering if desired. We had a room on top floor with great views. There is a small but ok pool (we did not use as it is winter). Breakfast was available.

This place is clean and comfortable, with a good freshly made breakfast. But what sets it apart from others was the professional welcome from Rudolf. We arrived tired and he immediately made us feel at home. He was kind enough to recommend and book a table at the excellent Tasca do Celso, which was the best meal we had in Portugal. But that was just the start. A few days later we found ourselves caught up in bad weather further down the coast, struggling a bit with unexpected travel difficulties. Even though we’d left Villa Eira, Rudolf helped us sort things out. The man is a marvel. Please stay at Villa Eira everyone!

Lovely 1 night stay here while exploring the area.everybody very friendly & helpful with recommendations for dinner at A Fateixa,and breakfast at Pai Cafe E Companhia Great shower & comfortable bed all spotlessly clean Didn’t get to use the pool as the weather unfortunately changed

Had a fabulous overnight stay here- only wish it had been for longer. From the start the communication with Villa Eira was very efficient. Both people we encountered on reception were extremely helpful and provided much appreciated local information of places to visit and where to eat. The room was very clean with a lovely balcony looking onto the lovely pool. The breakfast was served to our table and was so nice. Parking was available on the street in front of the hotel. I would love to return here

This is a lovely place, highly recommended. A small, nice hotel with a service minded host. Calm, green backyard, fantastic view from the roof terrace and a fantastic breakfast. They even meet you with a person ‘good morning’-card at the breakfast table! Clean and comfortable rooms. Just perfect!

Wonderful stay at the Villa Eira. Parking was easy, the room was very comfortable, location was great and the service was exceptional. From tips tailored to my interests, to suggestions of things to do on the way to my next stop, I could not have asked for more hospitable assistance. I only wish I had spent more time in this lovely spot!

We booked an apar**ent at this very lovely hotel. We liked the location - walkable to town and the ocean. The apar**ent was spacious and the kitchen met our needs for simple breakfasts. The staff were fabulous and exceptionally helpful. Street parking was easy.

Our stay at Villa Eira couldn’t have been any better. The rooms are really comfortable, the hotel has a lovely decor and ambiance - and a nice outside area with a pool and sun loungers. The staff is extremely attentive and welcoming, going the extra mile to make us feel at home - special thanks to Rudolf and Fatima, who gave us some nice local tips! I’ll definitely go back if I have the chance!

The accomodation has a pleasent a**osphere and attentive staff. Housekeeping is quick and very efficient. The breakfast is nice and diverse. The only thing i would complain about is the fact that if your apar**ent is facing the main street soyou are literally in display to everybody walking past. If you are thinking about spending your vacation here you really should. We will for sure be back as this was the most pleasent experience when traveling we have ever had!
