We are just nearing the end of our 10 day stay here, we have had a wonderful holiday, yes its 90% german citizens here and TUI should probably make that clearer when booking but part of me is glad they didnt as it may have made me book somewhere else, i have attended fitness classes in german but the staff made every effort to explain things to me in english and i enjoyed them just as much, my husband joined the tennis tournament and he had a great time, the german people he played with all spoke good english and they were laughing and joking together, my kids made some good friends too. The silent disco was wondeful having 3 channels on the headset, german, english and house music, it was so much fun. The bands and robins singers in the evening have been great. I havent struggled to get a table in the evening, in fact we have got the same table every night and our waiters have been wonderful. The food is world class and fresh. I was dubious about coming all inclusive as we normally go on villa holidays, but we have had the best time and wish we could stay longer. This is definately a 5 star resort, if you are booking just go with the flow their isnt really a language barrrier if you just put in the effort to speak to people. Thank you Robinsons we have made some great memories ❤️‍♀️️

Another secret I’d like to keep to myself but my first visit to this oasis of luxury has to be complemented. The resort is beautifully presented with incredibly friendly helpful staff, It felt like I had the place to myself. The golf suites along the edge of the course are 6 star. I stayed in 822 and if you want a spectacular view this one is great. My three nights included two rounds of golf and use of the practice facility which was incredible value for money. The course is a Jack Nicklaus master piece with a wonderful selection of varied holes and a handful of spectacular par 3’s The course has suffered terribly from the drought in past years and there are one or two dry spots. However it looks like it’s on the mend and certainly didn’t affect my enjoyment. I will say there are multiple tees on each hole and my tip is to play from the one that suits your handicap. Neil is the head golf professional and did wonders for my aging game with just two hours coaching, he will advise you which tees will enhance your enjoyment. I really can’t say enough about this place and I’ll be heading back soon with my wife.

En mi opinión lo mejor fue el desayuno. Nos cambiaron la habitación diciendo que era superior pero la que nosotros teníamos reservada estaba reformada y con ducha, y la que nos dieron no. Y aunque bajamos y explicamos que la reservamos así por la dificultad de no poder usar bañera pero decían que no tenían otra. Por lo tanto un gran punto negativo. Y en cuanto a las instalaciones, decir que tienen piscina exterior, interior...(esta forma parte del spa que hay que abonar y no lo dice en ningún sitio, sino cuando llegas allí. Al ponerlo dentro de las instalaciones como la exterior y no tiene coste, intentaron convencernos que en la web del hotel lo decía pero todos comprobamos que no era cierto). Deberían poner que lleva coste (como otras partes del hotel o actividades) y no captar clientes omitiendo cosas esas.

On first impression the hotel seemed dated but it is meant to be ,it has a charm all of its own . Our room was a bit small but adequate . We loved the old fashioned furniture but I can imagine it’s not to everyone’s taste .The bathroom had been updated .In all it was very clean and on the plus side our bed was very comfy .Location is fantastic ,pool area is spacious and relaxing and we were always able to get a sun bed .We found the staff always helpful but not in your face . Breakfast was perfect with lots of choice .We have already booked to go in May !
