淡季去的，非常滿意。唯一不方便的是由於淡季，餐飲沒開。環境，設施，服務一流，推薦。下次還會入住

We found this to be an excellent place to stay on our first trip to the Algarve. The accommodation was spotless and cleaned daily. Full equipped with everything you could need to self cater. This was useful as due to the time of year there wasn't a lot open in the near vicinity. However, a short drive away there were plenty of options for eating out and shopping. The complex was quiet as we were out of season and out of school holidays which suited us down to the ground. We felt Vilamoura was a great location to explore the Algarve and would certainly consider coming back again. The only downside we noted is that the golf course adjacent is being updated so doesn't look quiet so pretty at the moment. This has nothing to do with the hotel.

Definitely not a 5* hotel can’t believe it is advertised as this because it is far from the truth, the hotel had added photos of a pool that didn’t exist (from another hotel) and all bars around the apartments were closed and scaffolded along with the sun beds stained and falling apart. There was no entrance and we had to buzz ourselves into a gate at the front of the property with a small reception a short distance after. The paths needed de-****ing and the entire place felt like a ghost town with boarded up windows. There was no bar in sight and the nearest supermarket was 10 minutes away. We stayed no longer than 2 hours before booking another hotel (pine cliffs) as there was no way on earth we were staying. Luckily the staff were understanding at reception and refunded the amount payed. Wouldn’t recommend overall.

We had a wonderful time at the property. Many Thanks to Maria Lug for all the help and advise. Special thanks to Housekeeping staff for wonderful job. Giving us super clean apartment every day. Thanks to Gardner - Patricia for sharing the knowledge about beautiful plants in the property with us :-). It was off season so most of the amenities in the property like Bar \ Restaurant \ Hot Tub \ Fitness centre etc. were closed. ******* \ Hotel should make this clear to the guest while booking. Parking was convenient. Will be coming back !

Large clean apartment that was nice and quiet. We had lovely pool view. Parking convenient, staff friendly , will stay again.

We've just returned from 8 nights at The Residences and I must say we were super impressed. My husband and I traveled with my parents and two young children (age 2 and 3) and it was perfect. The best balance between home comforts and 5 star hotel facilities. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was immaculate, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need (even Tupperware!) and there was lots of space for us all. Daily cleaning was amazing and a real treat (compared to a villa/sel catering apartment). The balcony was particularly great so we could chill on there and eat/drink/play cards when the kids were asleep. The main bedroom bed was super comfortable but the twin beds were not so much. We loved the fact you could order food and drinks at the pool, the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a little disappointing that you couldn't use the pool facilities of the Anantara, which it states on the website you can, but to be honest it wasn't very appropriate for my young children anyway - much more couples/friends/older kids. We did go for food and drinks there and it was fabulous, not cheap, but what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel - both service and quality. The Residences at Victoria has great facilities, and despite being out of season it was great to have the park, indoor (heated) pool and children's pool to keep the kids entertained. It is most definitely in a quieter location, around 10-15 min drive to Vilamoura Marina but we managed fine with Ubers for most of the trip and hired a car for just a weekend to travel to Zoomarine (definitely recommend for people travelling with children) and explore local beaches & BJs Oceanside (MUST visit!). You can also use Uber Eats for shopping deliveries or takeaways plus Apolonia will provide a food delivery service, if you don't have a car. All in all, we will most definitely return and I would recommend to my friends with children!

Another good and relaxing holiday. This was our second stay here. This time we had a third floor two bedroom apartment - amazing view from the balconies. Apartment had everything we needed and was cleaned with towels changed daily. Staff all very helpful and housekeeping excellent.

A great facility and well run Only small problem was the evening shuttle which didn’t show up on time on 3 occasions. That said the staff organised a taxi for which I was very grateful Keep up the great work Adrian

Lovely spacious apartment. Nice bathrooms. Should have been daily cleaning, however one day cleaners arrived at 5pm. And one day they didn’t arrive at all. Disappointing. They also the my freezer bag away! Great position. Supermarket nearby. €3.5 euros each way Uber. No pool bar open which was very disappointing. Staff friendly. Especially staff at the main bar.
