Hotel berhampiran Parque Recreativo El Deportista, Villahermosa

Basically a horrible experience. Check in for some reason took an hour. No apologies the staff member didn't know what she was doing and instead of asking took an hour. Was placed on the 4th floor were apparently all the old rooms are. Mattress were old and tv was from the 90s and huge. I thought all the rooms were like this and said oh well. No there are updated rooms, how did I know because my family comes here all the time. There was no safe in the room. So went down and the same girl said we would be moved to the 2nd floor, re packed everything. Go a knock on the door and two guys come in with an old safe and tools. 30 minutes later they install it. What pissed me off the most was they refused to let my family members come up and take gifts. Until my aunt made a call and they owed and changed me a day later. The day before check out my eldery aunt wanted to stay. Same girl refused to let her up, poor thing stayed in the lobby for 7 hours and then charged me an extra 300 pesos for her to stay even though she was the only one staying thay day. Food is gross and no one cares. Coffee tastes like water Never again

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the La Venta Park Museum featuring ancient Olmec artifacts,. It is in a commercial-industrial area, quite far from shopping, other atractions and restaurants. Its own restaurant is basic and modest, but plentiful. Unfortunately, the La Venta Park Museum is beyond its best days and looks quite shabby. The hotel staff would not go out of their way to help. They would not deign to mail us, at our cost, some clothing forgotten in a closet. Although they advertise putting their shuttle at the guests' service (given their remote location) within a radius of 4 km, we still had to pay for a taxi to the ADO bus station within this radius.

Buen servicio, solo tuve problemas con A/C en mi habitación pero lo solucionaron moviendome a otra habitación

Es el hotel más Bonito de Villahermosa a nivel de infraestructura, una hacienda Colonial, seguro viven de las bodas, pero tienen la peor PEOR COCINA que te podrías encontrar, vean la foto que adjunto de la incomible e incompetente pizza hawaiana que pedí. El Hotel tiene un pésimo gerente que no solo NO entiende de calidad. Seguro es primo del Dueño y ese es el problema con hoteles locales de gran infraestructura, no entienden el lenguaje INTERNACIONAL, logran una ubicación e infraestructura privilegiada pero al No tener estándares básicos de hotelería y hostelería internacional cometen muchos errores, Este hotel tiene su restaurante y bar vacíos siempre mientras el Marriott y Hyatt están a tope, y la razón es que nadie podría regresar a tan mala Experiencia de Hostelería. No entienden el negocio en el que Están y seguro quien lleva todo esto Es un contador que en su vida ha viajado. Hoy pedí farmacia a mi habitación y nadie de recepción ( 6 perdonas + 1 concierge + 1 bellboy me pudo apoyar como cliente a llevarlo a mi habitación ) tanto personal para nada, y peor aun cuando pasas frente a ellos lo único que pueden decirte con indiferencia es que te llego un pedido y que tienes que recogerlo afuera del hotel con el bellboy, eran 5 personas en recepción sin hacer nada, por que eso si en el hotel no ves clientes, Ni el restaurante ni en el Bar, por eso seguramente la calidad de los alimentos es tan mala, Al no tener clientes tienen que congelar todo. Pedí un NEW YORK ( HORRIBLE Y CHICLOSO ) la peor arrachera de mi vida y la pizza ni se diga, ESTE ES EL PEOR HOTEL DE VILLAHERMOSA CON LA MEJOR UBICACIÓN Y MEJOR ARQUITECTURA pero pésima COCINA, MANTENIMIENTO Y RECEPCIÓN Si eres extranjero no te hospedes aquí, mejor ve a un MARRIOTT o HYATT donde vas a tener una experiencia de calidad asegurada, sin duda este hotel no entiende en la categoría que está

Excelente lugar para hosped****, buena ubicación y seguridad

Pros: El lobby es muy agradable, la ubicación es buena, si te vas a mover por la zona centro, el estacionamiento de muy buen tamaño, incluye desayuno, muy básico, y nada abundante pero de muy buen sabor. La atención en la recepción es buena a secas, la habitación de buen tamaño, con sábanas y fundas limpias Contras: habitaciones con mobiliario viejo y obscuras, con un intenso aroma a humedad y a caño, sobretodo en la noche, si no eres tolerante a este tipo de aromas, definitivamente no te hospedes aquí, ya que de verdad es intenso, en la TV no encuentras muchas opciones ya que están limitados en canales, elevadores viejos y en mal estado visual, el jabón de baño, que era de almendras, me causo una fuerte irritación cutánea. La tapa del wc bastante sucia y la cama muy pequeñita de tamaño twinn Mi reconocimiento a su fotógrafo ya que lo publicado en internet, no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. A pesar de todo, si la habitación no hubiera apestado tanto, hubiera sido una mejor experiencia

El servicio bueno solo que llegue a las 12:30 de la mañana y me dieron habitación hasta las 3 pm que es la hora de ingreso. Me he hospedado en otros y aunque he llegado antes de la hora de ingreso se me ha dado la habitación sin tener que esperar De lo demás todo bien
