We stayed here for a short break. There are a lot of positive things to say about the apartments: 1. Alessandro on the reception is very helpful and friendly 2. the apartments are situated a stones throw from the seafront and on the edge of the old town 3. the shower was amazing and the apartment was very clean, even though some of the furnishings weren't in great condition 4. the apartment was very quiet 5. the beds were very comfortable 6. the price was very good. However there are also a few negatives that i think the management need to sort out: a. There was a strong smell of drains that came from the bathroom area and into the whole flat b. There was no plug for the sink in the bathroom which meant my husband couldn't have a shave c. The bedroom in our apartment did not have a window at all d. The flat was dark because it only had one window onto the very narrow alleyway behind. we had to have the lights on all the time e. The flat had no view - just looked at the balcony opposite with washing on The most important thing to mention is that the reception area is only managed for part of the day and after a certain time of night there is no staff there. our neighbours had a flood from the water tank in their room bursting. we tried many times to call the emergency number we had been given (as did a Spanish person staying there) but nobody answered. luckily my husband managed to stop the water and get the lights working again (they fused during the flood) but it was bad that there was nobody from the company to help or answer the phone calls we made. because of this i dont think i would stay again.
