Hotel Villefranche-sur-Saone dengan Sarapan

Cet hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare SNCF C’est là son plus gros avantage. Mon séjour a été émaillé de trop nombreuses sources de déception. Le petit déjeuner a été mal géré, la responsable était seule et débordée par l’affluence. 5 minutes de queue à la machine à café. La présentation du plateau de fromages donnait l’impression d’être composé des restes de la veille. Il n’y avait déjà plus beaucoup de choix à 07h30, plusieurs produits étaient en rupture de stock. Les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement. La douche est étroite et inconfortable. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Stayed here whilst travelling home from the Alps, we normally stay in Villefranche (which is a very nice town) and unfortunately the hotel we normally stay in was full so we had to stay here. Sadly this is a contender for one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The parking is in an extremely cramped underground car park and if you have a large car you will find it very difficult to park. When we arrived at reception rooms had not already been assigned to us and the receptionist took ages to check us in and give us our keys. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are so small that you can barely move and certainly not reflective of the photos on the website. Given the price (nearly €100 a night) this was very disappointing. When we arrived for breakfast which was supposed to be available from 7am which we needed as we needed to leave for onward travel we found it was not ready and we needed to wait another 15 minutes for staff to have it prepared. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Staff are all very pleasant and helpfull. Dinner was very good, very good red housewine? Very good value for money. The building itself has seen better days and needs some refurbishment in and outside, therefore an average rating.

Small but practical rooms. Great tasty homemade food, value for money. Staff very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. . Dog friendly. Secure car park. Easy access to to the motorway. Nice courtyard for an early evening drink. .

La ubicación, aunque está un poco alejada de la autopista, es buena y se llega enseguida. La zona es aparentemente tranquila y a menos de 5 minutos hay un supermercado por si es necesario alguna cosa. No salimos por la noche, así que no podemos valorar más de la ubicación. El desayuno tiene un poco de todo.
