Hotel berhampiran Karl Marx Stadium, Villejuif

Très bon accueil (merci aux équipes de l'hôtel pour votre gentillesse et accompagnement), logement très confortable (mention spéciale à la literie), une terrasse très grande avec une vue très sympa et le petit déjeuner était bon. Rien à redire, je conseille avec plaisir.

Hôtel très moyenne gamme, les 3 étoiles ne me semblent pas justifiées concernant les chambres, qui sont très minimalistes et « vieillottes », la literie est de mauvaise qualité (1 lit une place qui a grincé toute la nuit), le conduit des eaux usées des étages supérieurs passait dans la chambre (concert de chasse d’eau toute la nuit). Les photos sont loin de refléter la réalité. Cet hôtel au pied de l’hôpital Gustave Roissy étant amené à accueillir beaucoup d’accommagnants de malades, cela mériterait une déco plus chaleureuse et colorée, plus cocooning apaisante et invitant à se ressourcer. Le restaurant était correct, avec un choix varié de plats, un buffet d’entrées et de desserts copieux. Le personnel était agréable, l’accueil de bonne qualité. Il faudrait revoir toute la décoration et moderniser les chambres.

The hotel is very close to the station and also supermarket nearby. Apart from a quite a long distance from an inner Paris, the overall room, staffing, amenities are very satisfied.

Suite à mon périple dans un autre hôtel de la ville la veille direction cet hôtel . Arrivée dans un beau hall, l’accueil très agréable et professionnel, nous demandons si il est possible de faire réchauffer le plat que nous avions emporté dans un micro onde , pas de problème le personnel du restaurant a été charmant et très serviable . La chambre belle , propre , spacieuse et confortable . Une salle de bain de bonne taille avec baignoire . Un bureau avec une cafetière pour le petit café du matin . Une télé de taille convenable . Le petit déjeuné servit à 7h30 légèrement tard pour nous car nous partions à 7h mais ce n’est qu’un détail . Nous avons passer une bonne soirée dans le confort . Le matelas était très bien ,nous avions plusieurs oreillers . La deco est simple et esthétique . Rien a dire pour un séjour d’affaire c’est un bon hôtel que je recommande .

I don't like to leave negative reviews. I believe that people deserve second chances, and I don't want to be responsible for ruining someone's business. Unfortunately, I don't think that my bad review will have much of an effect on this business, and I don't believe that the management of the hotel care if I leave a bad review. I found a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. I let the staff know, and they did not seem to care at all. They told me because I booked the room through Expedia, I would have to ask Expedia for a refund. This was a lie. Expedia told me that it was up to the hotel to offer a refund. They attempted numerous times to reach out to the hotel, but they refused to answer. I stayed at this hotel to be near my daughter, who has a small apartment and is studying in Paris. I booked it online through Expedia, not understanding much about the area or the hotel. She tells me that if I had taken a photograph of the cockroach, that they would have done something. After my experience with them, I doubt a photo would make any difference. Obviously, I was trying to save money, and I liked that it had a kitchen so I could prepare my own food, to save money and not make an ordeal out of my terrible French. The room was a bit worn down. The sink in the bathroom had several cigarette burns on it, and the laminated wood for the sink cabinet had come apart from moisture. There was mildew and mold in the shower. The cooktop range nobs were broken and it took some time to fiddle with the to stay on. The kitchen didn't have a lot of things, like no spoons, and it was pretty clear that nobody had ever used the coffee maker, as it didn't have any filters. I'm pretty flexible and can deal with all this, but the cockroach was too much. I didn't want to risk bringing them home with me. The front desk staff did not give one @#$# at all about the cockroach or anything else. He offered me another room in the hotel, which I explained, made no sense, because it would be quite likely that many of the rooms would have cockroaches. Unfortunately, my daughter tells me this is probably not a part of Paris that many tourists visit, and I didn't get the sense that many people here speak English or read Tripadvisor reviews, so my review may not be of much use to anyone. The staff at the hotel knew this, which is why they ignored me and the staff at Expedia. I have been looking up their reviews on several sites, and they seem to be very different. I think that Tripadvisor and Facebook look like the only legitimate review sites (nobody in France uses Yelp). This whole process has helped me to realize I can't trust sites like hotels.com , bookings,com, or Expedia. Take a look at the difference in reviews of this place on these sites yourself. I should have spent more time looking into this place. I moved to the B&B Hotel that's two blocks from the Porte de Choisy metro station. It's a much nicer hotel with air conditioning, which I needed because of the heat

Well it is an Ibis (red) and it was as expected basic so it met expectations. The famous family rooms that they love to advertise with are rapidly disapearing and they try to lure you into booking 2 rooms one with 50 pct discount. Back to the room, the shower unit was slightly different from the standard, however i liked it the shower was slightly bigger resulting in more confortable showering. the oversized shower tub prevented the shower from beeing soaking wet after taking a shower. That is good. however it was obvious a smooking room and the smoker left the smoking odeur and stains in the carpet. In addition there was a penetrant odeur of toilet in the hallways. Given the airco was off (Covid) opening the window solved most of the odeur problems as long as you opened the bathroom door with the ligth (thus the fan in batroom) it would work out fine. Wifi worked, the TV worked although mainly french language although no french guest detected. Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating to provide assistance in getting food delivered late at night, complement. What was not that great (for some guest) the hotel ran out of eggs first day of my stay within 10 minutes after opening the buffet. No eggs at all next day. Moreover the hotel ran out of Croissants, bread, and some guest had to skip breakfast for that reason. Also the croissants were (second morning) extreme bad. Looked like heated up from previous day. Embarresing. Obviously counting the number of guest and anticipating that for breakfast, is not a competence of staff..... We woke up bright and early and were able to score egg 2 mornings, and croissant (even though very sad version) all days. Other that woke up later got none. Which I heard later on in the bus from other travelers in same tour. However I would consider to go there again, parking available , hotel ok and go to downtown paris and Disney per tram 7.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Tout s'est très bien passé. Accueil agréable et efficace. Parking complet mais possibilité de se garer assez facilement dans la rue. Sinon compter 10€ la journée dans le parking. À quelques mètres de l'arrêt de tram domaine cherioux du t7. Ensuite, prendre le métro et vous serez sur Paris centre en 40 min environ. Quelques restaurants aux alentours, comme la Criée où nous avons dîné. Prix tout à fait correct pour Paris et la qualité des chambres proposées. Petit déjeuner simple et bon marché. Je recommande pour quelques jours sur la capitale, sans vous ruiner.
