j'écris ce message pour dénoncer le procédé mis en place par les dirigeants de ces établissements ZENAO, qui sont informés qu'il y a une incompatibilité entre les deux mondes du grand âge et de l'hôtellerie habituelle... tout ça pour faire du pognon !!!! je vous expose mon cas, une nuit dans cet établissement, à 1H30 du matin réveillé par de la musique, très forte. Mon voisin d'a coté un Monsieur âgé et sourd, regarde la télé. Je frappe à la porte plusieurs minutes, puis je rentre et je lui demande de baisser le son, un peu étonner de me voir, il s'exécute. je me permet d'en faire part au directeur lors de mon check out, et en discutant avec la réception, les femme de ménages et le directeur, tout le monde est au courant que mon voisin pose des problèmes de nuisances, car il est sourd... ok, alors si vous êtes informé, pourquoi louer cette chambre? parce que le siège nous l'impose malgré nos mises en gardes. Mesdames, Messieurs les dirigeants de ZANEO, je suis extrêmement mécontent de votre façon de voir le business et suis vraiment désolé pour vos employés et vos résidents qui doivent en subir les conséquences, car eux ils ne peuvent pas se cacher derrière un bureau...

酒店的一切都挺好，裝修和衛生條件方面都還不錯，但是酒店的前台存在很大的問題。並非指所有前台工作人員，而是前台某一位在2022年晚上10點到晚上11點期間當值的瘦高的中年男士非常粗魯，2022年1月7日晚上10點左右回到酒店的時候發現大門已經關上，於是按鈴，但是前台沒有人，於是多按了幾次，結果過了一會兒當值的那位前台中年瘦高男士罵罵咧咧地來開門，對着作為顧客的我大喊大叫，之後竟然還不依不饒地跟我發生爭論，然後指責作為顧客的我按鈴幾乎吵醒了整棟酒店（第二天跟前台另一位工作人員反映這個情況之後，工作人員表示按鈴衹是在前台和工作人員隨身攜帶的電話機上有顯示，而奇怪的是，昨晚在按鈴的同時並沒有聽到那位工作人員有通過電話機讓我稍微等一下，所以我才會多按了幾次鈴）。後來我表達這位工作人員的態度讓我感到很不舒服，而且這種大喊大叫的行為像是在對待一個**，這位工作人員回答“是的，就是在對待一個**”。綜上，已經不是按鈴這件事情這麼簡單了，這位工作人員的職業素養，還有待人接物明顯地不符合酒店工作人員應該具備的，並且麪對不同的客人明顯感覺出了種族歧視，已經投訴，正在等着酒店方面給出回應。想着預定這家酒店的顧客請一定三思而後行，如果遇到那位瘦高中年男士可能會讓人感到極度地不舒服。

I stayed for two night and it was overall satisfying stay. The room is clean enough and i liked the bedroom and living room was separated. It was spacious enough to open the suitcases on the floor. There was only one set of towel for two people but when I requested housing lady gave me quickly. I also requested late check out and it was 20 euro per hour and only available until 2pm. But when I called the reception the guy told me it is 15 euros. I had to pay with my card not cash because of the wrong information. But it was good stay and I would like to visit again next time.

Good and clean facilities. Nice and helpful staff. It was quite peaceful with beautiful surroundings. It would have been good if the reception was open on weekends as well, mainly for supplies. I would definitely recommend this place.

Literie bonne, propreté impeccable, parking protégé et donc le rapport qualité prix est indiscutable sur ces 3 points mais ce qui gâche un peu la fête est l'absence d'accueil digne de ce nom. A peine bonjour, absence d'explications à l'arrivée....bref on a vraiment l'impression de déranger. Aucune information écrite dans les chambres et donc il aurait fallu nous dire que le petit-déjeuner se termine à 10.00 heures et surtout le dimanche à 09.30 (?) .....Mais même en arrivant à l'heure on vous demande sur un ton sec.....vous avez réservé? or la petite salle était vide.... bref tout ce qu'on demande à l'exploitant semble être de trop et donc EXCUSEZ-NOUS DE VOUS AVOIR DERANGE.....ça n'arrivera plus. Quand on n'aime pas les gens, quand on n'aime pas ce beau métier de l'hospitalité, il ne faut pas l'exercer, désolé de l'écrire.

TTravelhabitWe enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and loved the ambience. Restaurant was top-notch; breakfast was OK but not up the usual 5-star standards in terms of selection of items. Lots of confusion around our egg orders.Rooms excellent value for the price, incredibly spacious; we had a room overlooking the pool with a terrace (room 31). Some lapses in service, and be sure to ask how to drive there by car. It was very hard to find and one way street leading into the hotel entrance. At time of our visit (May 2024) there was construction going on in the church next door. You are so close ot Avignon, and you don't have to deal with the craziness of the city. We took the No. 5 bus from the city of Avignon back to Villeneuve des Avignon, where the hotel is, after spending 25 euro for a taxi ride in. Bus cost only 1.40 euro each!

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel on good location with fantastic breakfast. Hotel is just up the hill in a lovely small town of Villeneuve just across the river from Avignon. The small town is perfect with restaurants and a small grocery store. We brought our bikes which was a perfect setup. The Hotel is beautiful set up with a very spacious approach, multiple ground floor common rooms, a massive garden and a huge pool area (which was closed due to cold temperatures in April). Breakfast was really good, not sure what the other reviews were complaining about.

PPengguna Tetamu.. le lieu, le calme, la déco années 70, la vue côté Rhône avec la balcon (il faut être au 3è au moins pour apprécier) mais aussi la voie ferrée côté jardin (dommage qu'on n'aie pas pu avoir de chambre au 3è, au 2è, c'était un peu juste pour les regarder passer - ben oui, on est fan), l'accueil, la proximité de très bon restaurants mais aussi de la ville (il suffit de traverser le pont au-dessus du Rhône et on y est). Dommage que la décoration soit en passe d'être changée (comme le nom, d'ailleurs) même s'il faut bien admettre qu'un petit coup de rafraîchissement est nécessaire, aujourd'hui...
