Hôtel Mercure Villeneuve-Loubet Plage

We booked a superior room with terrace and sea view. We were very disappointed that this was located in the older of the buildings. As for the sea view, well we could see the sea, but only over the terrace on the newer buidilng, which is currently a building site (photo attached). We wanted to eat dinner in the restaurant, but it was closed. No reason or apolgy was given. We had to walk to a nearby restaurant, which is not what we wanted to do. The advertised room service didn't exist either. We didn't take breakfast, partly as it was served in very dark and pokey space. A coffee on our balcony would have nice, but the Nespresso machine was broken. So s dreadful experience. Certainly not worth 250 Euro

The hotel is very basic- rooms are tights, there are no amenities in the bathrooms, breakfast is ok. There is an outdoor parking unsurveilled, or a paid parking. Overpriced for what you pay the quality of the hotel is quite poor - and the pictures in internet make it looks a lot nicer than what it is

A nice hotel next to the beach. Rooms are OK, not extremely spacious (some of them). The amenities are at the expected level, nothing is missing. The breakfast area is next to the pool and if the weather is nice (when is the weather not nice in Nice?) you can enjoy a wonderful view of the beach and sea in the morning.

The parking facility is tricky....You'll have to park across the street and go out from a different building. Nobody tells you what to do. I got stuck a couple of times. Also, the breakfast is really poor, very few choices to eat.Other than that, the property is nice with staff willing to help you.

The property is wonderful for relaxing! Although the property is only 8 miles from Nice - beware it’s €70 one way via taxi!! Breakfast is simple and a little pricey at €22 per person per day! Lovely staff, great view and clean comfortable rooms.

We had easy access to the tourist attractions of Nice and other destinations in the region, which contributed to a memorable stay. The hotel is really great with a pool on the roof as well as a restaurant overlooking the sea. This is just very nice for some relaxing days. The restaurant is nice as well with a nice and friendly atmosphere and good service from the personel that gave a very good impression. The breakfast and the food at the restaurant is great. The pool is a big asset. The Beach is with a lot of Stones but nice anyway The rooms are fine but not big. We had a street view room - some of the sea view rooms looks nicer. There is also an affordable underground parking just across the street.

Small but more than adequate , nice clean contemporary rooms, right on the beach and short walk to the marina full of bars and decent eateries Hotel has really nice roof top bar area with a chilled beach club vibe Helpful friendly staff, even posted my watch back to me when I left it in the room safe. they couldn't have done more for me Well done Mercure Villeneuve Loubet Plage, we'll be back!
