The lady at the reception desk was very welcoming and helpful, great service! The area feels extremely safe, however for anyone travelling just via public transport it’s very hard to find and requires going through various different security gates and a 15/20 minute walk from the nearest train station. The room was clean and spacious!

此酒店衹適合參展預訂，周圍被高速環繞，什麼都沒有。展會期間價格也不低，非展期間更是不用考慮。房間很小，是我本次歐洲多國行中最小的，性價比很低，住是沒辦法。

Veel Foto’s die op de pagina staan komen niet overeen met het hotel. Er was geen zwembad, gamehall en het restaurant was dicht. Het was erg afgelegen wat ons een minder prettig gevoel gaf. Gelukkig zat er een hek om heen dat ons enigszins wat veiliger liet voelen. Kamers waren wel prima maar wij zullen hier niet nog een keer boeken.

L’acception de accueil qui est madame avec le cheveux court est très mauvaise, impatiente . Jamais habiter ce genre de hôtel. Comprends pas pourquoi elle pourra travailler pour l’acception

We were thrown into this pit by AirFrance following a delay. The rooms were filthy, the sheets torn, there dirt on the walls. Breakfast was limited to those who got there early enough and even getting there half an hour before it stopped serving saw us leave with a nibble on some stale bread and no drinks. Very rude staff, even for Paris. Would certainly not recommend

Decent stay. I arrived at the same time a tour bus arrived and despite being ALL Platinum, had to wait for that group to check in first. (Feedback to management: I believe ALL Gold and above do get precedence - neutral). Pro tip: if you arrive anytime past 7pm by metro RER, forget being able to walk to the hotel. (More on that below). When I did arrive at the check-in desk, the staff were very kind and sympathetic, and I appreciate them offering me an additional beverage from the canteen on top of my welcome beverage which would be served during operational hours at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at the time of my check-in. (Neutral). Room itself is fine, a little bit rundown, but everything works and it is quiet. Check out was also smooth and throughout my stay, staff were kind, friendly and affable. For guests arriving in the evening, it is good to be mindful that the convention center and exposition that provides easy access to the hotel is closed from 7:30 PM onwards. In order to reach the hotel, I walked several kilometers on a busy highway. Total walking time almost 40 minutes. In conclusion, I don’t believe that this is an ideal hotel, unless you have a vehicle for point-to-point transportation. In that respect, I also believe that the price point is a little bit high for what this product is. (-1 point) I would certainly book a different hotel if I was to come back to this area again. Something in proximity to the station and/or services. Plus point: the menu at the Boucherie Restaurant looked delectable.

the hotel is super far from the airport and even from the RER station. I got lost at some point and I had to call the hotel multiple times to get directions on how to get there. The person at the front desk was impolite, sounded annoyed and not helpful at all. Won't stay here again

Bad reception service to begin. Was given a room without heating (it was broken), and was in January. Asked to change room and they have a portable heater in the room! Carpet really dirty. Over priced during Maison. Forget the restaurant and breakfast overcrowded and dirty/messy. Bad personal all over. Never again! Keep far away!!!

- Vraiment bof bof, expérience très mitigée… - Nous nous sommes rendus dans cet hôtel puisqu’une Smartbox nous a été offerte. - Accueil avec un réceptionniste étant complètement perdu. Manque d’informations… - Chambre : moisissures dans la salle de bain, manque de prises proche du lit, isolation thermique insuffisante. - Petits-déjeuners plutôt corrects mais rien d’exceptionnel non plus. On s’attendait à mieux pour un Ibis… dommage !

hôtel très très propre, sympathie des équipes des étages - réception et salle petits déjeuner copieux. je reviendrai en famille pour le travail également si besoin il aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement mais sinon top du top :) :) :)

Un ibis défraîchie, avec des climatisation tellement bridés qu'elle servent à rien. Je souligne l'efficacité de la réception: nous avons eu une première chambre avec la clim KO (voyant rouge sur le boîtier), on nous a apporter des ventilateurs. Nous avons ensuite changer de chambre voyant que la situation n'était pas tenable. Cette seconde chambre était encore plus vielle que la première. La clim fonctionnais rarement, car d'après la réception, la sonde est régler sur une température élevé par la direction de l'hôtel et nous ne pouvons pas changer ce réglage. Le restaurant lié a l'hôtel (qui est du même groupe de franchisé) propose des parts ridicule si vous prenez la formule inclus dans la nuit étape. Après réclamation, on nous a avoué que c'était également la direction du groupe franchisé qui a demandé à ce que les parts soit réduites de moitié (en ne respectant pas la carte fournis par l'enseigne la boucherie, qui mentionne les grammage). En bref, un hotel 3 étoiles à plus de 300€ la nuit, ou tout est à l'économie. On dormira plus loin pour japan expo 2025, parce que la on est clairement sur du vol.
