Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits de bonne taille et très confortables. Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel Pampa, et tout était délicieux. Le buffet du petit déjeuner également et très varié. Nous avons eu à faire à Jack à l’accueil, très professionnel 👍

Appart hôtel pratique et bien situé à proximité de toutes commodités (commerces, métro) avec possibilité de mettre le véhicule au parking pour 9€/jour. Prix correct de la chambre à 75€/nuit, propreté correcte mais installations vieillottes qui mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement, niveau équipement c’est sommaire, pas de bouilloire, seulement 2 oreillers plats et 1 rouleau de papier WC mais le personnel à la réception est compréhensif et à l’écoute dans ce genre de situation. Les murs sont assez mal insolés (bruit de l’ascenseur par exemple) et il est préférable de demander une chambre avec vue jardin ou cour pour être plus au calme, à préciser lors de la réservation bien que cela n’ait pas été accordé dans mon cas. Après en avoir parlé à la réception on m’a confié une autre chambre et surprise… elle était déjà occupée !! Le problème a été résolu par la réceptionniste qui s’est avérée compréhensive. Bref ce n’est pas le confort d’un hôtel 5* mais le rapport qualité/prix demeure correct 👍🏼 Contrairement à d’autres avis je ne me suis pas senti en insécurité que ce soit dans l’appart hôtel ou dans les rues alentours.

This is an amazing hotel with impressive architecture and huge grounds which allow a stunning view over the surrounding area. Staff were welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served in the large dining room and offered a wide selection of continental breakfast items. My only concern was that the outdoor tables were under my bedroom window and those who were drinking late into the evening could disturb someone who was not someone who went to bed late. With all the grounds, it might be possible to relocate this seating area. But this is only a small point.

We had a bad experience with an Airbnb, where we had to leave ASAP. My teen daughter found this hotel and it had great reviews at an unbelievable price. We booked two rooms and headed there. Shortly after arrival we realized my daughter made the reservation for the wrong month (July, instead of June). I brought this to the managements attention and was told they had availability for the night of June 26 and 28 but not the night of June 27 as there was a convention. The next morning there was availability for the night of the 27th, however I was charged 4-5 times what rates are currently listed and I had two rooms. While I do realize this was my daughters error, and I am grateful that we were able to keep the room under such short notice. I don't believe I should've been charged the excessive amount, I was already in the hotel, the room became available but the charge was extremely excessive. I felt my hands were tied, and I didn't want to go through moving my family of 5 around again. This was a birthday/high school graduation trip and I was pleased with the accommodations but not the costs. Especially after viewing current costs a week later, I feel robbed.

My expectations were low and I was still disappointed. We had booked two rooms for a two day stay to attend a concert. The first room was ok, except for the smell of tobacco. It was also missing a plug so the bathtub was useless. The second room was filthy. Plenty of dust and grime on the walls several places, but that I could have accepted had it not been for the floor. The entire room was carpeted and on one side of the bed it was soaking wet. It stayed wet for our stay, even after maintenance checked it out. My husband accidentally stepped in it and his white sock turned brown. They also used some sort of perfume in the rooms and the hallways, which were nauseating. The food was edible. Pretty flavorless and bland. We ordered a charcuterie board and the sliced cheese had dried edges. The bread was also extremely dry, like cut to days ago and left on the counter. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes and eggs were good, but the rest wasn't much to write home about. Overall a very disappointing experience. Except the lobby and the staff. Lobby is gorgeous and the staff was extremely pleasant.

Idéalement situé pour les concerts de la nouvelle salle LDLC Arena (pour ma part celui d'Etienne Daho le mardi 14 mai 2024), et évidemment tout aussi proche du stade, cet hôtel m'a surpris par la taille de ma chambre, plus grande que les Ibis auxquels je suis d'ordinaire habitué. Accueil très sympathique, chambre et SdB propres, rien à dire. En rentrant du concert, j'ai pu utiliser le micro-ondes disponible 24/7 et le matin, copieux petit-déjeuner dans une belle salle vitrée donnant sur le jardin extérieur. Aucun bruit de circulation, 5 étages. Belle découverte, même pour une visite dans Lyon, car le réseau de tram nous y amène en 20 minutes. Du coup, rapport qualité prix excellent. (mes photos ci-dessous, incluant la salle de sport et de spectacles LDLC)

PPengguna TetamuMercure chain of hotels always seem to be a little way from the city centre, was a bit of a walk to the old town from hotel tram stop was right outside which was very handy. Boulangeries food places were dotted around close the the hotel so that was a bonus. The reception area was under renovation which made getting into the hotel a bit of a mission had to ring and get a code etc for the car parking. Beds very comfy which was great for a Mercure. Was generally a good choice

TTravel_MomentsI was travelling for work. This hotel was in a very convenient location. You can catch a tram or a bus to the central or to a metro stop that take you to the central (if you want to be on a faster route). However, you can also just walk to the metro stop which is about 10-15 mins walk.
It is also in a short walking distance to a beautiful park with a free entrance ”zoo”. It's a great place to go for a picnic lunch. The only thing is it is not close to a big supermarket although you can still get some sort of groceries nearby.
I didn't explore the other facilities in the hotel nor did I tried their breakfast and other meals. So, I can't comment on those.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is quite nice and well managed. The staff is attentive and professional. It is a short walk from public transportation and also the amazing public park Tête D’Or. We were in room 509, which was comfortable, very clean and quiet. One of the nicest Ibis Styles hotels we have stayed in! Breakfast was awesome.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is voor een doorreis prima. Kamer is schoon. Ontbijt is voor het geld wat je betaald prima. Echter hadden wij via all accor geboekt waarbij ontbijt is inbegrepen voor volwassenen en kinderen, echter bij aankomst werd verteld dat dit alleen voor volwassenen zou zijn en niet voor kinderen. Vonden wij geen service. Maar door bevestiging te laten zien wel gekregen uiteindelijk. Op website all accor staat beveiligde parkeergarage gemeld maar bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat we er €9,00 per parkeerplaats voor moesten betalen en dat deze vol was. Het aantal plaatsen is zeer beperkt. In het hotel werd aangegeven dat de informatie op all accor niet altijd overeenkomt als wat er vanuit het hotel geld. Vonden wij overigens erg vreemd.

le personnel est très sympathique et heureu*****t qu'ils sont là.
Le petit déjeuner est cher avec un choix correct. l'appareillage est obsolète (grille pain ne fonctionne pas, la machine à café fonctionne à moitié). la jeune fille fait son maximum pour gérer tout ça. MERCI à elle.
