Hotel berhampiran Ideas Block LT, Vilnius

Die Lage war spitze und wir durften eine Stunde später auschecken, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Im Zimmer war leider ein unangenehmer Geruch und die Klimaanlage hat permanent ein pfeifendes Geräusch gemacht. Nach dem Check-out wurden uns 4,50 € für eine Cola, die wir nicht genommen haben (wir haben nichts aus der Minibar genommen) von der Kreditkartenkaution abgezogen. Das Thema konnte gelöst werden und die 4,50 € sind erstattet, trotzdem etwas ärgerlich und die Kommunikation dazu lief nicht ganz rund. Was aber noch positiv hervorzuheben ist, war das leckere Frühstück und das freundliche Servicepersonal beim Frühstück.

The hotel is a short walk from the old town. The street it is on is quiet and I felt safe walking there, even at night. After 8pm there are no staff on site but there is a keypad with code for security at the door. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly. Rooms are bit dated but extremely clean and had everything I needed, including a fridge and hairdryer in the room. For the price it is extremely good value. Unfortunately I didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but it smelt very good and was included in the room rate. I would definitely stay here again as it was a good budget friendly option.

This is a very nice hotel. The reception staff are extremely helpful (thanks!), my room was very nice, comfortable mattress (and I’m fussy), excellent breakfast, including non-dairy items (thanks again!). The hotel is a short walk to the bus station, or two blocks from a bus 3g bus stop going to the airport (short ride). The hotel is not right in Old Town, but is a very short walk, which for me seemed perfect. Finally, the lobby furniture is really nice, much better than the usual.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is unique with the art work surprising us as we moved about the hotel. The breakfast room in the lower level is brightened with painting as well. The rooms are high tech with touch screens for temperature and lighting. The bathroom shower has hot water instantly and a hand held shower head as an alternative. Nice bath products. Comfortable bed, a desk to work at, and an easy chair. Coffee and tea for the room. Only thing could have a larger cup for tea. Very friendly man checked us in easily when we arrived quite late. The room was quiet and no street noises. Black out curtains. Lots of selections at breakfast buffet- eggs, meats, vegetables, herring, cereals, sweets, cold meats and cheeses, fruit, juices—all laid out very attractively. Highly recommend.

ABSOLUTLY NOT RECOMMENDED! WE BOOKED 2 DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022 FOR A RAMMSTEIN CONCERT. AT THIS POINT THEY HAD A LOT OF ROOMS FREE AND OFFERED IT IN ***********. IN MAI 2023 (7 month later!) THEY CANCELED OUR ROOMS (2 DOUBLE ROOMS) WITH THE CASE ”SORRY - OUR HOTEL IS OVERBOOKED”. BUT THE REAL AND TRUE CASE WAS, THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS TO OTHER GUESTS CAUSE OF RARLY AVAILABLE ROOMS IN MAY 2023/VILNIUS. WE ORGINALLY PAID 599 EURO FOR ONE WEEK TOTAL FOR BOTH DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022. IN MAI 2023 THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS FOR OVER AROUND 2000 EURO+ PER WEEK (EACH ROOM!). FROM THE BUSINESS POINT OF VIEW ITS SURLY WISE BUT ITS REALLY REALLY UNFAIR TO THE GUESTS TO F*CK THEIR LONG PLANNED HOLIDAYS IN THE LAST MOMENT BEFOR THE TRAVEL BEGINS. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO FIND ANOTHER PAYABLE HOTEL IN VILNIUS SO WE HAD TO CHOOSE SOMETHING 30KM OUTSIDE OF VILNIUS CITY. WE HAD TO USE BOLT/UBER TAXIS EVERY DAY AND WE HAD ALOT OF EXTRA COSTS CAUSE OF THIS OUTRAGEOUS HOTEL. WE ARE VERY VERY DISAPOINTED AND I WILL POST THIS STORY WHEREVER I CAN! UNBELIEVABLE!

I really liked the hostel, room smelled very nice, and was decorated with love. Realy appreciated the welcoming letter ♥️ 🌲Very atmospheric garden and love that you can grill there. 🌲Very good morning coffe. I love the rustic hippy / Pipi Langstrumpf style! 🔥Easygoing and chill. Now the bad parts: Sorry but i hate the toilet situation there.🙈💩 Often times there was no soap (yes i kindly asked staff to refill, but next day same thing). You have to put used toilet paper in a bin (without a lid) 🙈 Very weak flushing. The ventilation was not strong enough so the air felt damp. I had to gag several times and felt like puking sorry. Also if you have an opnenbin with used toilet paper, of course it will be dampy and eww. A lot of people used the bathrooms, so i had to run up and down but no empty one in mornings. There are no pissoirs, so it frequently happened that nasty men peed standing, causing pee splatters everywhere.(mostly night time) I simply could not poop my whole stay, had to go over to the newly build 'fancy' food hall, which had nice toilets. With good flushing. Good pooping there👌 Would stay there again if i had a room with private toilet.

I'm delighted to share my experience at Hotel Park Inn by Radisson Vilnius. The location was perfect, the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff service was exceptional, the cleanliness was spotless, and the amenities were great. The hotel and room itself were nice, modern, clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good and the staff were polite and helpful. We liked the breakfast porridge very much and found the food was fresh and tasty. Some fresh fruit would be a nice addition. The hotel is much further from the centre than you would think. our Booking website listed the hotel as a 15 min walk from the centre, but it was 25-30 from the areas you are most likely to visit and there are hills, so go prepared for this or take Uber/Bolt cars which are very cheap. (We would consider ourselves fast walkers) IGNORE THE 'HISTORIC CENTRE' DIRECTION SIGN POST OUTSIDE THE MAIN ENTRANCE which has been put up the wrong way and directs unsuspecting tourists in the opposite direction to where they want to go. Nobody warned us about this initially. This won't affect most visitors, but during our stay the hotel hosted a darts tournament, which I am sure brings them good custom. However, not all of the people attending this event were very considerate of other guests staying at the hotel and it did affect our experience for the one weekend we stayed. Some drunk guests from the darts teams were running and shouting up and down our corridor (third floor) from midnight until around 5am, banging on doors, shouting and laughing loudly. This made it very difficult to sleep. In the morning the breakfast room was overwhelmed and dishes were emptied by the darts players soon after they were put out. I put my orange juice, cutlery and glasses on a table one morning and went to grab my breakfast and when I returned one of the darts players was busy moving my things to the side so that they could take my seat. It kind of made me feel like a second priority guest. There were lots of darts tournament attendees heavy drinking at the hotel bar (which is in the main reception) at all hours of the day and due to the hard, modern decor, this made the communal areas very noisy.

The hotel is excellent! The quality with the price is absolutely a good deal. Location’s perfect, near to shopping area and within walking distance to old town. Room is spacious but sound proof wasn’t really good, can feel and hear if someone’s slamming their doors.

From reception to the bar all the staff were wonderful - extremely professional, warm and welcoming, offering advice and genuinely interested in ensuring guests have everything they need. I only ate a snack in the bar but this was a plate full of high quality cured meats and delicious bread and the server was very kind and helpful.
