It's a very good choice in the center of everything, and good value because Vilnius is generally not expensive. Staff was hit and miss. Some were great, friendly and helpful. Others were just helpful, or just ok. Breakfast was perfect, and the room was pretty good - well equipped but not too big, and aircon never really worked. Lucky we could just open the windows as the heat wave didn't find its way to Lithuania. So recommended, but not ecstatically. Except for breakfast, which was really super.

I can’t brag enough about the wonderful stay we had here. We were greeted every time we walked through the door by Andrew, Vytis, Vytautas and staff. They were so helpful in arranging tours, restaurants and spa times. The room had everything one needs for a vacation: a safe, umbrella, refrigerator, minibar, shower with rain head, double sink, heated floor, comfortable bed, and tv. Also, a wonderful breakfast was included. One could eat the buffet plus order omelets, waffles, or crepes from the menu. The spa was by appointment and one had the pool and sauna privately for an hour. I did my swim and sauna at 7am every morning. Also, make sure you get a massage by Ercan Sōnmez. I have a bulging disc and Ercan made my pain disappear. Plus, my plane ride home was more comfortable than it was on the way here. I would give this property more stars if I could because it truly was incredible. The staff is used to celebrities, politicians and VIP staying here and I was treated like Royalty. Thank you for the marvelous stay!

Die Lage war spitze und wir durften eine Stunde später auschecken, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Im Zimmer war leider ein unangenehmer Geruch und die Klimaanlage hat permanent ein pfeifendes Geräusch gemacht. Nach dem Check-out wurden uns 4,50 € für eine Cola, die wir nicht genommen haben (wir haben nichts aus der Minibar genommen) von der Kreditkartenkaution abgezogen. Das Thema konnte gelöst werden und die 4,50 € sind erstattet, trotzdem etwas ärgerlich und die Kommunikation dazu lief nicht ganz rund. Was aber noch positiv hervorzuheben ist, war das leckere Frühstück und das freundliche Servicepersonal beim Frühstück.

Il Kempinski è senza dubbio uno dei migliori hotel, se non il migliore, dove soggiornare a Vilnius. Il personale è molto qualificato ed altamente professionale, in linea con gli standard Kempinski. Gentilissima e squisita la ragazza bionda che mi ha accolto alla reception. Bella anche la zona spa, sebbene la chiusura alle 9 di sera sia piuttosto limitante, anche rispetto ad altre strutture la cui spa chiude almeno un’ora più tardi. Bellissima anche la camera, con arredi curati e i soffitti alti, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort e con un letto fantastico, forse il migliore dove abbia mai dormito. Spettacolari anche le decorazioni natalizie, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più magico. Un altro consiglio per la colazione, la cui parte dolce potrebbe essere più varia. Manca anche il porridge e gli yogurt sono solo confezionati. In generale mi è apparsa minimal, ma è sicuramente calibrata rispetto al numero di ospiti che usufruiscono della colazione, puntando più sulla qualità che sulla quantità.

There is nothing amazing about this hotel, nor is there anything thats worth complaining about that really ruins your overall stay. The checkin was busy when i arrived and it took about 20mins to actually check in, which was a little annoying, but we got there in the end. Only one staff member on the front counter didn't help. The rooms are VERY basic, more so Holiday Inn Express style, not the type of rooms i would expect from a Holiday Inn brand. The air-conditioning control in the room doesn't provide much flexibility on control, just a simple dial, which i doubt really even works, no fan control, so thats a little down side. Rooms are ok, carpet needs a good clean in the room i stayed in, but overall not to bad. Mini-bar is stocked, which is rare for hotels these days, but thats a small bonus if you want to spend on the bar items which is priced high, as per usual. Breakfast is basic, hot and cold food, coffee is good from the automated machine, but no barista on site. A fresh fruit juice machine would be good, always a good addition to breakfast buffet to be able to make fresh juice. I had dinner and lunch in the hotel twice, both meals, the soup, steak and chicken salad were really good! I would recommend this for a spot to eat, but of course, getting out of the hotel for food is always recomended. The front desk staff are nice, allowed me to check-out late due to a late flight, so that was handy and made the stay more pleasing. Gym is very small, so don't get your hopes up. It says there is a sauna, but i couldn't find it. There is a safe in the room, but its not bolted down to the floor or wardrobe! its loose, so someone can pick it up and take it home! Doesnt make sense, not ”Safe” at all ! The iron in the room is super cheap! I expect this type of iron from a motel type stay, no steam type, and its very hard to iron a work shirt! They should be replaced with a decent iron! Overall its OK, bed were OK, pillows OK, room was quiet and easy to sleep, so thats a good thing. Short walk into the main area of Old Town across the waterway, or you can grab a taxi, or even a scooter! Thanks for the stay, but i thought the brand of Holiday Inn would be slightly better than what i expect from the brand overall globally.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is unique with the art work surprising us as we moved about the hotel. The breakfast room in the lower level is brightened with painting as well. The rooms are high tech with touch screens for temperature and lighting. The bathroom shower has hot water instantly and a hand held shower head as an alternative. Nice bath products. Comfortable bed, a desk to work at, and an easy chair. Coffee and tea for the room. Only thing could have a larger cup for tea. Very friendly man checked us in easily when we arrived quite late. The room was quiet and no street noises. Black out curtains. Lots of selections at breakfast buffet- eggs, meats, vegetables, herring, cereals, sweets, cold meats and cheeses, fruit, juices—all laid out very attractively. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Mabre Residence Hotel during an overnight visit to Vilnius. The rooms were good value. While the decor is slightly older the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was dealt with efficiently. I left my e-reader behind and the staff held it for me before shipping it internationally, free of charge despite my request to pay the shipping charges, they were very helpful in resolving my mistake.

The hotel is tucked down a narrow side road in a part of town that's very convenient for tourism and local cafes and restaurants on Pilies. There's a small Rimi supermarket really nearby which is very handy. The Strange Love cafe is a few more minutes walk and is great for coffee, cakes and light lunches. I was on the first floor (second floor in local parlance) and had an exceptionally quiet room. I know this varies based on layout, room occupancy and type of clientele but it's probably one of the quietest places I have ever stayed. My room was a reasonable size for one person with a spacious bathroom, good Wi-Fi and kettle for tea/coffee. The rooms are a little worn but in a good, homely way. There's no lift but the staff will help with suitcases as needed. The curtains weren't great at blocking sunlight, that's the only negative I can think of. The breakfast was good. There's a coffee machine which can make hot water for tea and some fruit and croissants and then a menu to order from. I enjoyed the salmon and scrambled eggs and the pancakes with berries. The hotel's restaurant and bar are closed now. One surprise was a genuinely good selection of whisky, I noticed this at breakfast when the same room is used. I got a takeaway to my room one evening from the remaining stock. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd be careful with the buses to the airport. It was a sunny day and I walked to the 88 bus stop at Mo Muziejus (modern art museum) and waited sometime for a scheduled bus that never turned up. This can happen in any city but in this case it was an infrequent bus and it suddenly left me needing to get to the airport in a bit of a hurry. I ended up getting one of the many buses to the rail station and getting the infrequent train - a very short shuttle ride. I'd advise checking live departures if possible or using a more frequent bus route.

Our room was large, had many windows which opened but were perfectly sound-sealed when shut, and the bed was very comfy. Had a few of Geminidas's hill from our room. Downsides were small: nowhere to put your stuff in the bathroom, and the staff were oddly unengaging, no smiles and hellos when you walked past reception .. you got a blank face or they didn't even look up. Bar was empty every night. So would recommend it for quality of the accommodation and the position. Price was good value.
